Welcome to 309 Country Club Drive! This pet-friendly, in-town stylish beach cottage is perfectly situated in the desirable Country Club Estates community of downtown Rehoboth Beach—just four blocks from the beach and boardwalk and two blocks from Rehoboth Avenue. Located on a quiet street, it's easy to ride bikes everywhere and enjoy the best of the area with ease. The home features an oversized living room, a spacious dining room with French doors, and a large, welcoming kitchen that's ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small island, Corian countertops, and stainless steel appliances—perfect for any home chef. The bedrooms are generously sized, with a convenient powder room in the primary bedroom, and the recently renovated hall bathroom includes a heated tile floor for added comfort.
Outside, you'll find an outdoor shower with hot water and a great green space for your four-legged friend, plus private driveway parking for one car. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi throughout the home, a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, and an electronic keypad for easy check-in. Cable TV is provided in the living room only, while the bedrooms feature smart TVs for Hulu and other streaming apps (please note there is no cable TV in the bedrooms and no grill available). Come enjoy beautiful beaches, easy bike riding, and short walks to shopping and dining—all from this charming Rehoboth Beach cottage.

I think this is the 5th time we’ve spent at this home for Thanksgiving and we continue to love it! Comfortable living for a multi family visit. Highly recommend renting this home!

Four Years and Still Renting this Property

I’ve been renting this property for several years over Thanksgiving, and it’s always been a great stay. The house is comfortable and well-equipped with everything we need to make our holiday enjoyable. The location is convenient, and the property is always clean and well-maintained. We look forward to returning again next year!

Nice stay

Clean and well appointed. Made our dog comfortable. Close to upper Rehoboth ave. Long walk to the beach. Permits came in handy for parking. Limited outdoor space- enjoyed small deck.

Very Nice! Perfect! 🐾

This house was perfect for our family and couple of day visitors and our fur baby. It was clean and it was updated! The kitchen was stocked with everything. They even have some dog supplies if needed. Plenty of space and great location. We brought our bikes and could be anywhere in Rehoboth in five minutes. We love the neighborhood; Quiet with little traffic. We also liked how we could check in by just going to the house and using the entry code. The AC was also great! We had access to control the temperature. They also have Kan Kare which is a trash and recycling valet that takes care of getting cans to and from the curb. Everything about this place added to our perfect week vacation!

Just an “OK” property

Good location and general space overall. Layout is a bit awkward and the second bathroom is a tiny half bath in one of the bedrooms. Furniture, fixtures and overall aesthetic are dated and the house has a strong musty smell. On our last night the toilet handle in the main bathroom broke making the toilet unusable. When we inquired with their emergency line they told us to make our group of six adults use the private toilet located INSIDE of someone’s bedroom as they refused to come out to fix it. We had to fix it ourselves as best we could which is very subpar service for a rental agency, especially one overseen by a realty company. We enjoyed Rehoboth as always but won’t be staying here again.

Nice Place In A Quiet Neighborhood

House was very clean and matched the online description. Great neighborhood, very quiet and clean. Walking distance to Rehoboth Ave and approximately 10 to 15 min walk to beach.

As advertised but not quite right for us

This is the 5th year my family of 4 adults and 3 dogs has rented but first time in this house. We choose this house to because it would be easier for the human w/ knee problems and the arthritic dog, and had the requisite features (BRs, dishwasher and good kitchen, washer/dryer, wi-fi, and a decent sized table). The kitchen was well stocked (dishware, utensils, glassware), but the stove hood light didn't work, kitchen lighting was poor, the coffee pot looked like it hadn't been cleaned all season, there were what appeared to be urine stains on 2 of the mattress pads, and the carpet in the small bedroom was filthy. And it turned out we really missed having a screen porch. And it would have been nice to have a bigger table that could manage a jigsaw puzzle in progress on one end and dining on the other end. Other than the cleanliness, it met expectations, but not aspirations.

Great stay in a fabulous town

The house was large and spacious enough for our family. Well stocked with everything we needed. Great location. Cute little yard for my fur baby. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a fabulous time!

Generally Good

The living space was nice, bedrooms were good sized. We were disappointed with the AC malfunction, limited lighting in the kitchen and almost non-functioning ice maker. There were six of us, so maybe the ice maker just couldn't keep up. The location was convenient to the shops and the beach. We had a nice time.

Wonderful spot for a family trip to Rehoboth Beach

We came for a week-long visit in early July 2023, and this was the perfect spot for our family's vacation! The house was clean, well laid out, and extremely comfortable. We had a general itinerary before we came, but the information packet had lots of recommendations and ideas for things to do and places to eat. We made lots of use of the excellent selection of board games in the closet. The location was ideal for us. We were extremely close to the town, easy to grab a bite to eat or (most importantly) a morning cup of coffee. It would be hard to get any closer to the Dogfish Head. The Silver Lake playground was a hidden gem with excellent shade. The bridge over the lake gave us a look at dozens of turtles, which the kids--and childish adults--got a real kick out of. The beach and boardwalk were about a 15 minute walk, but it would be closer to 10-12 minutes without an easily-distracted seven-year-old. The town in general is perfect for the families, lots of stuff geared toward young families. Funland is a gem for the young kids, lots of rides that the 3-year-old could enjoy. If that's not what you're here for, don't let it scare you off - there is plenty for the grown-ups to enjoy as well. Fun bars, good coffee, very nice dining, easy walkability--really, anything you could ask for. We can't wait to be back!

Great Location!

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. You can walk to boardwalk. Close to all the restaurants etc. Dog friendly, small back yard area for dog. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Check in was easy. Stocked with everything we needed.

Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and well equipped inside for everything you need. Exactly as advertised, couldn't be happier. Great access to beach and boardwalk and beautiful neighborhood and the beach was not as crowded as it is near the main area of the boardwalk. Everyone had a great time, even our dog who got to play on Poodle Beach near Silver Lake/Dewey.

Wonderful getaway location

The house was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The walk to the beach was less than 15 minutes and very enjoyable.

Perfect location for a relaxing week away.

Quite location with easy access to shopping, as well as the beach. Kids loved the play area and that park was easy walking distance. Great view of Silver Lake. House well furnished and we felt right at home! Definitely would return. The plus was being able to walk on the beach and chase seagulls in December.
