Housekeeping is not included in the price of the rental. Housekeeping will be paid directly to the resort during your stay.

Housekeeping fees are mandatory and are as follows:

If you request cleanings during your stay the fee is $95 plus tax each clean.

If you receive cleanings during your stay the checkout housekeeping fee will still apply.

Beautiful views of the pool and ocean and unit is very spacious. The unit was rather dirty and the floor/rugs were not cleaned before we arrived. There are no lounge chairs on the patio which are shown in the listing. I sent a message and was told that it is indicated in the listing that there are no loungers (which I still don’t see). There is a washer/dryer combo, but the dryer part does NOT work.

The unit was clean and nice, I’m on giving four stars because we had a slight hiccup while checking in. We originally were scheduled to stay in another unit with a bigger balcony but due to water damage the day of, there was a lot of anxiety built between trying to manage two little kids and what was going to happen with our stay. Laura, was really helpful. She really walked us through it all and got us into another available unit, smaller balcony and no wet moldy smell. All in all, all amenities worked. The sink in the bathroom of the unit pressure isn’t hard it pours out very very slow and light.. other than that, no complaints!

Beautiful condo! Very comfortable, easy to access and staff was great. Love all the amenities, especially the restaurants in the building. Our host stayed in touch with us and was very responsive.

Great space but not clean

Of course the property is nice and the room layout was nice but it is not well maintained. It was clear that none of the surfaces had been wiped down even though you’re charged a 200 cleaning fee at checkout. The main bathroom was disgusting, all the chairs are stained, trash was left on the balcony and one of the closet doors was hanging off the hinges. The owner is easy to contact but did not correct the issues during my stay.

Miami Vacation

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at your Fontainebleau Vrbo. It is a very nice suite with a great location. It was easy to access and we appreciated the parking convenience for our rental. I would suggest that the sofa bed mattress be replaced as it was very uncomfortable. The dryer did not work which was a minor issue. I would return to this property if the sofa bed was switched out.

Great family stay

We had a great time at this place. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The hotel provided a foam topper for the pull-out sofa which made it very comfortable for our kids. You can see the ocean from the balcony, but it's a side view, and focussed more on the pools. That being said, it was still a nice view. My only issue with this suite is that the Washer/Dryer did not work. I didn't find this out till after I had started a load of our clothes and it couldn't drain them, leaving me to have to manually squeeze out the water and hang outside to dry. This was an issue for us as we had packed according to the assumption that there was a working washer and dryer, so I would just double check in the future. Other than that, everything was great, and we had a lovely stay.Thank you!

Great resort view

The listing was exactly as described and very well kept. We didn't use the kitchen but it was well stocked. The view of the resort is perfect and can be enjoyed on a huge balcony.

Beautiful view and spacious suite

we really enjoyed having 2 large room suite with full kitchen while vacationing with our baby.i usually book rooms on high floors but the view from the extra large 3rd floor balcony was incredible. we could see the ocean and pools and enjoyed the sunsets.

Beautiful stay

We just got home from Fontainebleau today, and it was nothing short of amazing. The resort itself is gorgeous. The regular rooms are overpriced for what they are ... however.. this listing is gorgeous and really not THAT much more money ..for WAY more space and amenities. The only things I would give less than 5 stars on are not the owners fault. The cleanliness was subpar given the extra cost at the end- but that's on the resort not this owner! It wasn't dirty by any means but you'd think it would be sparkling with that extra charge! The view is perfect and the balcony is incredible. The only thing I would suggest is adding another mirror around the unit. There was only 1 full length Mirror in the bedroom-bathroom and I was always looking for another one ! If we do go back to this hotel in the future- I will absolutely stay in this unit!! Thank you for a great stay!!
