Welcome to our modern, updated ranch style home centrally located to Cave Creek, Carefree and Scottsdale. Our little estate sits privately on over an acre of land in a quiet paved neighborhood near the corner of Lone Mountain and Cave Creek Rds. We are situated on a curve allowing for maximum privacy, no two story homes near by and lots of open space between the houses. The backyard is totally fenced for maximum privacy.

We love to support youth activities and equine and canine functions. We can only post the daily rates due to current systems way of calculating rentals based on averages. Sorry for the confusion. Monthly rates are usually equivalent to 3 weeks rate for time period requested. We are equine enthusiasts and our home reflects our love of horses. This spacious open floor plan has been comfortably furnished (everything in the house new in Jan-Feb 2015 and some things even newer) for family enjoyment or small group gatherings. Please, this is not a party house and not a neighborhood for large wedding receptions or graduation parties. We welcome small intimate gatherings where our guests appreciate the quiet serenity of this area. The master bedroom features a King bed and private patio, bdrm 2 has been remodeled to create a second master with direct access via pocket door to hall bath and a quiet, private patio overlooking the back yard and fire pit area. It features a Queen bed and twin size Lazy Boy sleeper sofa with temperpedic mattress. Bedroom 3 features two memory foam twin beds. There is a full size sofa/sleeper and a twin sleeper/sofa ( both temperpedic mattresses) in the den/4th bedroom with private 3rd full bath and its own patio overlooking the pool. It's great for a kids play area with its own TV, games and access to back yard. This multipurpose room can be closed off from the rest of the house with massive custom barn doors creating sound barrier and complete privacy.

The main bedroom wing is also totally separate from the activities part of the home and can be closed off with heavy barn door for morning sleepers or early to bed folks.

Lots of outdoor enjoyment spaces with small private splash pool (new heater installed summer 2023), with a pergola with lighting and an enclosed fan. A faux grassy play area, built-in propane Bar B-Que with hot plate burners and prep area, meditation pond with waterfall and propane fire pit with semi circular seating for evening enjoyment and marshmallow roasts. The acre plus lot affords residents optimal privacy and plenty of parking without the seclusion of out of town suburban properties and dusty dirt roads. Groceries, restaurants, entertainment and shopping all in close proximity (5-20 minutes) with outdoor recreation opportunities all around in desert and mountain hiking, horseback riding facilities, lakes and rivers, quadding experiences, outstanding golfing opportunities, equestrian, canine, car and RV shows at the event complex at Westworld, zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, aquariums, music museum, butterfly pavilion, Legoland, several casinos and so much more. Nothing listed more than a 30 minute drive from the house (mostly due to 50 mph and below speed limits :-).

We would be honored to share our home with you and enhance your vacation experience or mini resident workshop, retreat or gathering of friends and family. There are two twin air beds available for glamping indoors with your groups. One will fit in master bedroom and the other can bed set up in den, it’s tight but it will work keeping the rest of the home living area open for enjoyment.
