My house features new central air and heating systems, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking / entertaining, remodeled modern bathrooms, brand new beds with body-embracing memory foam mattresses as well as blackout curtains for late-morning sleep just for starters! Palm Springs experience

We were in the area for spring break to hike and watch the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The house fit our family of 4 perfectly, close to everything in Palm Springs. Has a cool retro vibe that fits the area and being able to end our days in the hot tub made it even sweeter.

Beautiful outdoor space.

This is a very clean and well stocked house. The manager of the house met us at checkin and did a very thorough review of the features and electronics. A notebook in the kitchen supplemented that review. The property is remarkable for the large poolside area with many seating options.

We spent 4 days in this lovely home that is even better in person than the wonderful photos. Everything you need is in the home. Pool and home very clean. Steve was there to welcome us and provided the details of the home and activities available nearby. Highly recommend.

Loved the location and the property , both inside and out was Fabulous.

We will definitely rent again. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, we did cook a lot. Outdoor space was fun and comfortable. Only recommendation would be to replace the glass sliding door. Very difficult to open and close, it kept falling off the track.

Perfect warm weather escape

The outdoor area has everything you need for a relaxing retreat. House was clean and thoughtfully decorated. The neighborhood is cute and quintessential Palm Springs. Great restaurants and shops nearby. The owners and concierge were helpful and attentive.

Perfection

Could not have been more happy with this booking. The house is spacious and clean, and well-stocked with every amenity, down to Q-Tips and laundry detergent. Decor is fun, host warm and responsive. The outside property was equally inviting; HUGE amount of space, pool/hot tub with floats, covered table and separate couch/firepit area. The entire time we were there, we all spoke about our next trip. Loved this place.

Great rental in a great neighborhood

This is an adorable three bedroom home close to downtown but far enough away to be quiet. The house is in good shape with a pool, that we didn't use because it was too cold when we were there. Very nice warm welcome from the concierge and easy check out. Loved it and would definitely come back again.

Fantastic place! This midcentury place was spacious, stylish, clean, modern and well-appointed. Pool toys, kitchen amenities galore, outdoor activities including yard-bowling. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. This place was a surprising delight.

Easy, Fun, Clean Home

What a fun and whimsical house!! Loved the themes and colors. Everything about the house is easy and comfortable. The rooms all look more spacious and well laid out in person than the photos would suggest. This was basically my wifeā€™s dream house. We barely parked the car and she was already emotional at the beauty of this place. Checking in was super easy. And the information binder is loaded with everything youā€™d need to know about the property and hot spots around town. The beds were all very comfortable. Iā€™m thinking the type where your partner in bed doesnā€™t feel it when you get up or move around. Both showers were great. Good water pressure and could get really hot if needed. Plenty of pool and bath towels. The kitchen has everything you would need; all types of coffee machines and cookware (neither of which we partook in!!). The appliances are pretty new and good quality. Nothing about the place feels ā€œrentalā€, it all feels like a home. This was a hot week, 115-120deg every day, and the pool felt magical. I pulled one of the patio umbrellas close to the pool to keep the sun off my dome while we just sat there and cooled off. The pool guy kept it clean. He came twice in the week we were there, very early in the morning, and was in and out with no bother at all. The neighborhood was in a perfect spot for us; close enough to the main strip but still very quiet and relaxing. So much to where youā€™d need to poke your head up over the hedges to notice thereā€™s any houses around you. Actually, there might not have been anyone in the neighboring houses the entire week. Bonus for us! Palm Springs takes the noise ordinance very seriously and weā€™re the types that benefit from that. Steven, the concierge, was always available if needed with a text. And the owner, Scott, was very communicative as well. They really care about the house and it shows. Thereā€™s not one thing that would make me hesitate to rent here again. Pure enjoyment.

Comfy and Relaxing

The check-in process was excellent and amply described in the welcoming book (along with other instructions and maintaining the property). The pool was nicely heated (with an additional cost, so worth it!), and all of the beds are super comfortable. There is a lot of wind gust blowing in the afternoon (this is a known weather challenge in Palm Spring) and made the pool somewhat filled with leaves (we skimmed it every day). Overall, the property is quaint and intimate, and it provided us with lots of relaxation moments. The house is fully stocked, and everything was kept pretty simple. We will plan to return to this property in the near future. Thanks, Scott and Steve, you made our weekend sp satisfying.

Palm Springs Perfect

This well-appointed property provides the essentials for a fantastic Palm Springs getaway! A mid-century-modern vibe with a great outdoor space, in a welcoming and peaceful neighborhood. From furniture to artwork the house promotes comfort and a playful hipster energy. A great place to relax as well as a perfect space to entertain. We enjoyed socializing with friends in the gas fireplace glow, dining out on the patio, soaking up sunshine in/around the heated pool, and sipping wine while sharing stories around the outdoor fire-pit. All three bedrooms are spacious and all beds very comfortable. The house was clean, and all appliances worked well. Upon our arrival we were met by Steve, who clearly explained operations of various home features, and provided restaurant and activity recommendations. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home!

Funky mid century modern

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at Scott's beautifully renovated mid century modern home. The decor is spot on with even a pink Christmas tree for us to decorate! We both enjoyed the heated pool during the sunny days and the hot tub in the evening in the lovely backyard. We never got around to using the fire pit, but definitely enjoyed the indoor fireplace later at night. The beds were super comfortable and the cupboards were pretty well stocked for a rental. Scott was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay, and made us truly feel at home.

Great home for family gathering in a great location.

The home was perfect for the 5 of us. There are three bedrooms. Everything in the house is up to date and nice. We lived out side in the nice private backyard with the nice heated pool and spa. The house is situated within minutes if downtown, the airport, shopping etc. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Perfect home!

This mid-century modern home was five star. Everything about the house was perfect and high end - the amenities, the decor, the outdoor space, the appliances. The gas fireplace in the living room was cozy, and we did use it a lot, as Palm Springs was chilly during our stay. Scott made himself very available during our 5 night stay; but we really didn't need to contact him, as everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

My Children's book "Sofa Boy" won the Moonbeam Children's Book Gold Medal Award for Best Children's Picture Book (age 4-8) in 2009.

I grew up in a small town with 11 brothers and sisters and was raised to be respectful and kind to others so if I stay in your residence, I will treat it as if it were my own castle and all I ask is that you endeavor to do the same in return. I love to write, paint, hike, visit museums and watch classic movies - especially old mysteries and Film Noir!
