It's also only one mile from Harding's Beach, two miles from downtown Chatham, and three miles from Oyster Pond and Forest Beaches.

Step inside this architect's residence to find a lovingly renovated interior, which features an open floor plan, hardwood floors, and comfortable white furnishings. Come home from the beach to cool off by the portable air conditioner, browse the WiFi, or watch your favorite show on one of the two flatscreen cable TVs.

You'll find butcher block countertops, modern appliances, and even a sound dock in the open kitchen, while the farm table provides dining space for six. The wrap-around deck also offers a grill, patio seating, and glorious views of the river below.

As you head out the door to the beach each morning, be sure to bring along the provided beach chairs and toys. One dog is also welcome to join you here, but please note that a 20-pound weight limit.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home will sleep as many as six guests. You'll find a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a set of twin bunk beds in the cozy third bedroom. Additional amenities include a Pack 'N Play, a washer/dryer, and a selection of board games.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
