The 10x5m heated salt water pool is new and is surrounded by a lovely terrace with sun loungers. Adjacent is a small cabanon equipped with games - great for the children when it is hot outside. There is also a Boules court and table tennis table to keep children entertained.

Just outside the main living area is a large shady terrace with dining table and gas-fired Weber barbecue.

Set in over 4000 m2 of land the property is in a peaceful yet not isolated position and offers great opportunities for children to explore in security. There is plenty of parking in the grounds which are gated.
