Welcome to our vacation rental!
We are please to share with you a very special property that has so much to offer!

This rental is a fully loaded guest house attached to the main house on the property. The guest house is completely separated from the main house with its own entry and sliding glass door leading to the back yard/patio. So the experience is very quite and private.

The rental has all the feature of a home with full furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, large living area, bedroom with his and hers closet, and one of the most unique bathroom with sunken jacuzzi bathtub sounded by natural stone. The ceiling in the house is vaulted to 12 feet high and 5 skylights with very open feeling. Everything about this guesthouse had been very carefully designed and detailed.

The large patio and backyard are just extensions of the living space, very quiet and relaxing. It’s fully furnished lounge area with wicker sofas and tables, along with granite BBQ Island. The rest of the yard consists of roses bushes and mini grape vineyard. Gazebo in the corer with swing bench looks out over the lawn for perfect morning coffee.

Also the location of this house is excellent for the travelers with many different purpose. We are right in between of Disneyland and beautiful beaches, about 7 miles away to each location. We welcome couples, singles, families with small children, get away trips and business trips.

If you always stayed in hotels and never stayed in vacation home, we definitely recommend you to try this guest house! We will be happy to help you with any questions you might have.

Note: My husband Jon and I, along with 2 children live in main house. We are very friendly but respect your privacy. We will be more than happy to help you with any questions during your stay.

* Kitchen – stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, coffee maker, rice maker, utensils and pot and pans.
* Living room – HDTV, dining table, sectional sleeper sofa, another sleeper couch which provides sleeping for 4 more people besides king bed. sheets are provided.
*Bed room- King bed, his and her closet.
*Bath room- jet sunken tub, shower.
* Patio- lounge area with wicker sofas and table, dining table, granite counter BBQ island.
* Backyard- large lawn area, rose bushes, and gazebo with swing.
* A/C system is sensor regulated. Please feel free to call/text owner anytime during your stay to adjust.

Great place to stay

Had a wonderful experience, the home is beautiful and is perfectly located for a Disney vacation. Loved the full kitchen and having the ability to do laundry. We will definitely rent again.

Beautiful house rental

My wife and i enjoyed our stay at this rental. Very beautiful architectures and layout of the property. Very comfortable bed and house furnishings. We would rent from them again in the future.

Anaheim Vacation Rental

This was a great property. We are a family of 6 with 4 teenagers and it was perfect for us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It was nice and quiet and the backyard was beautiful.

What a blessing

The hosts are very kind, communicative, and welcoming :) This property offers plenty of space inside for my entire family of 5 to sleep comfortably. Interior decorating was charming as well. This property is perfect for my family's needs. I would definitely book again!

Absolutely amazing little place!

What a great place to stay for our Disney trip! Felt very homey. Super cute modern meets vintage one bedroom apartment style. Well maintained and clean. Bed was very comfy. Very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Really quiet neighborhood and very close to Disney parks. Way cheaper than a hotel with a full kitchen...loved it

Restful and Beautiful

Wonderful vacation ambience. Very clean, all that you need is available. The outside kitchen is beautiful. Host is very discreet and always replies to all your needs. Backyard privacy is unique. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful and memorable stay!

So I wanted to propose to my girlfriend in a rose garden under a gazebo. This guest house worked out beautifully and best of all she said yes! The outside grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. Miki was a kind, gracious, and accommodating host. The beds and sofa were extremely comfortable and we had good nights sleep. The area is calm and quiet as well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Guest House a Home

We came to the area to attend a 3 week ballet intensive at UCI/ABT. The location and area of the guest house was perfect for the 3 of us. It was between Disneyland, UCI, and about 20 minutes from Laguna Beach. The guest house had all that we needed: washer/drier, cooking supplies, a large setting area for my 2 ballerinas to lounge around. The outdoor space was pleasant and a large area. The owners, Jon and Miki, were wonderful. They checked up on us when we arrived to see if we needed anything. They made our experience a home away from home.

Charming, Peaceful Retreat

I stayed here during a birthday celebration at Disneyland. It was the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the theme park. It was ideally located close enough to the interstate to head up Huntington Beach or to check out the local grocery stores and shopping only a short drive away. When I return to the area again I will likely stay here again if it’s available. Miki was super helpful and was amazingly kind. When I had last minute concerns about the fires, she personally emailed me and put my mind at ease. There was no question or concern that went unaddressed. Loved this place. Oh...did I mention the bath tub though? And the skylights? What about the art? I wish I was still there.

Wonderful!

This is a wonderful little guest house! It was well stocked and nicely decorated. Definitely better than a hotel. Miki was kind, helpful and she has thought of EVERYTHING for this rental. There were even small plastic dishes for children. I didn't have any children with me but I was impressed those were there. The bed was very comfortable and the closet/bureau has plenty of space for a couple. Just about every light has a dimmer switch. A very nice touch! The backyard was gorgeous! We didn't get a chance to enjoy it like we wanted, but it was very nice. Miki did mention that 3 days was not enough time to explore..she was right! Very close to Disneyland which was a plus. It's also very close to a great big park with a pond and THE nicest squirrels on the planet! Everything was perfect and we didn't want to leave. The hosts were gracious and the space is very private. We would love to stay here again when we are in the area. Perfect location, perfect space, perfect everything! Thanks so much!

The shirtless owner met me on arrival. The property looks bigger in the pictures, however it was well stocked. Main issues are noise from the neighbors' dogs at all times of the day and night. While this isn't a fault of the owners they would be advised to contact their neighbors about the issue as it can affect sleep, and the ability to go outside. The neighborhood isn't the best and the local park is home to some very sketchy people. I checked an issue with the apparent lack of a smoke alarm but the owner stated that they are on top of the cupboards in the kitchen and bedroom out of view, so I have to believe that. Overall in my opinion it's expensive for what it is.

Love this guest house

We've stayed here three times now! Love this quaint guest house for my husband and two kiddos. Back yard is beautiful and loved the jacuzzi bath. Will stay again.

An incredible place

We loved this place! It has everything we needed, along with plenty space inside for us to relax and work as well. The kitchen was well stocked (we like to cook) and plenty of bedding and towels to help us be comfortable. Parking really was simple and Miki and Jon were so friendly and helpful. The best part was the backyard— it was delightful to go back on the porch swing and feel the sun or sit on the patio and eat dinner. We’ve stayed in a ton of vacation rentals and this is definitely one of our favorites. Will definitely be back!

Excellent!

From booking to checkout, everything was easy and perfect. My husband and our 2 children, 12 & 17 stayed here for 10 days. It was our first time using a rental like this. Miki and her husband were wonderful! The home was fully stocked with anything we could have needed which really helped us so much! We grilled one night, cooked a couple others. I loved the bathtub with the jets! Neighborhood was clean, very quiet and their home and yard is beautiful, you can see all the work they’ve put into it to make sure your stay is perfect. It was so nice to do some laundry before coming home too! We were central to every place we wanted to visit. We were so comfortable…we did some work online and the kids did some school and we had no problems, internet was great. Beds were comfy, plenty of room for the 4 of us. We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you Miki and Jon!!

Great Stay

VISITING RELATIVES IN THE AREA

We spent 3 nights at Riverview West and our experience was good. The owners are quick to communicate with any questions or concerns and otherwise we barely knew they were next door. We had a small glitch with a scheduled power outage that was overlooked, and Miki was quick to provide a refund for the entire night. Thank you for sharing your lovely accomodations.

A Spa Vacation

The attached guest house is in the back of the house with access to the outdoor kitchen and patio. I enjoyed oranges picked from the tree, Miki provided me with alkaline water and was responsive to my every need. I entertained many friends and family who commented that the house looked like I decorated it myself, with lovely paintings and other decor. The spacious living room and bedroom were comfortable for sleepovers and the beautifully appointed kitchen including the full size washer and dryer made me feel like I was home. I luxuriated in the sunken tub many time during my stay. Jon and Miki were gracious and helpful hosts. I especially like knowing they were nearby as I was a woman traveling alone but I still had my privacy.
