LOCATION:

Villa Vivero 13 is located at the exclusive Casa de Campo Resort in La Romana, the Dominican Republic.

Casa de Campo Resort is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security.

Since the resort’s opening in 1974 as the first resort in the Dominican Republic, Casa de Campo Resort & Villas has been a favorite luxury destination for discerning travelers and celebrities from all over the world. Known as the best golf resort, the 3 Pete Dye golf courses include Teeth of the Dog, which is ranked as one of the top golf courses in the Caribbean.

This incredible 7,000-acre resort, located in La Romana on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic, is a tropical playground that features a unique variety of amenities and a private beach club with swimming pools at Minitas Beach. Casa de Campo is also home to many gourmet dining options, fantastic bars, and Altos de Chavón – a one-of-a-kind 16th-century replica Mediterranean village.

La Romana airport is located five minutes from the resort. Punta Cana Airport is located about a 45-minute drive from the resort and Santo Domingo Airport is about 1 hour away.

NOTE: You’ll have a golf touring cart included with the villa rental for transportation around the resort.

THE SPACE:

Villa Vivero 13 is a lovely 5-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath, 2-story villa, completely renovated and remodeled with all new indoor-outdoor furniture in the fall of 2023. The villa is perfect for families who want to spend a nice, relaxed vacation in the Caribbean!

The first thing you see when you come through the beautiful double front door at Villa Vivero 13 is the grand entrance hall with double-height ceilings.

The open living- and dining area is the heart of the villa with stunning 23 ft. ceilings and windows that give you plenty of natural light. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with sofas, chairs, and a TV. The dining table seats 10 people comfortably and is a great place to enjoy your “formal” dinners.

Next to the living-, dining areas, there is a second living room with comfortable sofas, air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan. This living room can be closed off from the main living- and dining room and is perfect if you need a more quiet space to relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need AND the villa includes a private cook who will cook all your meals during your vacation (food and beverages are not included).

Slide open the large terrace doors in the living- and dining areas and step out on the outdoor terrace and pool area. The outdoor space was renovated and updated in 2023. The large, covered terrace has an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, an outdoor dining table, and a TV area with comfortable sofas. The pool, pool deck, and Jacuzzi were completely redone to give this outdoor space a contemporary and clean look while maintaining the privacy and surrounding tropical landscape.

This is the perfect place to sunbathe, swim and relax. The pool area also has an outdoor shower.

In the front of the villa, there is also a green lawn area with trees and palm trees where kids can run and play.

THE BEDROOMS:

Villa Vivero 13 has 5 bedrooms – all with new furniture from fall 2023.

Bedroom 1: The primary bedroom (upstairs) with 1 King bed, sofa, a small balcony, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 1 King bed, sofa, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with 1 King bed, desk and chair, TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 4 (downstairs) with 2 Queen beds, a small terrace, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 5 (downstairs) with 2 Queen beds, desk and chair, TV, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, closet, and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The casa de Campo resort fee is included in the rental price of the villa for all booking starting June 04, 2025 or later.

NOTE: Separate fees apply for use of resort facilities/amenities, food & beverages at restaurants/bars, sports activities, lessons, etc. Additional fees are not included in the villa rental.

VILLA STAFF:

Cook: Your private Spanish-speaking cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
