This renovated condo is located on the Gulf of Mexico just West of the Perdido Pass Bridge. It has the best views of the Gulf of Mexico! This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, living area, and a balcony with gorgeous views. Great restaurants, fishing, and shopping are very close. This is a very family friendly property. There are many amenities on the property.
The master bedroom is tiled and has a king sized bed in it along with a large flat screen television and an attached master bathroom with a tub/shower.
The 2nd bedroom is tiled and has a king bed along with a flat screen television and an attached bathroom with combination bathtub and shower.
The kitchen, bathrooms, and public areas are tiled. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops. The Wharf is just minutes away along with great restaurants and shopping!
This unit is in a great location on the 9th floor at Phoenix VI. It has a great view of the beach to keep an eye on the family and friends. It doesn't get any better than being on the beach! Location, Location, Location!!!
*Important Parking Information: Please note that parking is not included with this rental. Parking is controlled by the condominium’s HOA and is subject to a separate fee, payable directly to them. These parking fees are not part of the rental cost.*

*Parking: Parking is not included in your rental. Beginning March 1, 2026, a pricing differential will be put in place for guests who do not pay for their parking passes in advance of their arrival. Guests who pay prior to the day of their arrival will continue to pay $60 per pass while guests who wait until the day of their arrival will pay $70. In communications sent to guests by VRPS at least 24-48 hours prior to their arrival they will be encouraged to prepay and save $10.
* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.
Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.
Important Parking Information: This booking includes the rental of the condominium unit only. Parking is not included with the rental. All parking at the property is owned and managed by the condominium’s HOA, and guests who bring a vehicle must purchase a parking pass directly through them. Parking fees are separate from and not included in the rental price.
Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.

Loved the location, the room was very clean. Food is also very close and in walking distance some of them. Will definitely be back we really enjoyed our stay. Beach was clean and the water was warm. The weather was also perfect.

Great location! Condo was comfortable. View of beach was perfection. Not quite as clean as we would’ve liked. The bathroom tub/shower fixtures definitely need updating and the kitchen was minimally stocked. We did enjoy ourselves.

Don't stay here if you are allergic to feathers, the couch pillows and cushions are feather pillows, cranked up my allergies big time. Other than that the condo was satisfactory. Beautiful view.

My sister, brother-in-law, my husband and myself have made vacationing together after the spring Talladega race an annual tradition. This year we decided on a condo at the beach and this property was just the ticket!! We will definitely come here again!!

We were very pleased with the location, the amenities and the unit. The convenience to where we wanted to be while having a lovely unit with a killer view. Everyone from the checkin staff to the guard shack were pleasant, even the security staff, don’t ask,lol. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Overall the condo was good just not as stocked as other places we’ve stayed. Trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper and even salt and pepper, only one. You better come prepared for this place. View was fantastic.

Very nice place
Enjoyed our stay here. The place is nice and tidy. Area is close to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space. The sofa also made out into a big bed for more sleeping space. Drawbacks include: trouble with the dryer, dead batteries in several of the remote controls, light bulbs that had blown and needed replacing and pans that were scarred and unable to use. I called and they were quick to come and replace batteries and light bulbs. Also quickly sent a repair man for dryer but we still had to run clothes through two cycles to completely dry them.

Awesome unit, antiquated check in process
The unit and location were awesome, however the owner needs to install a keypad for contactless check in. It was a bit annoying to drive more than 20 minutes to pick up KEYS, then have to stand in line at the check in desk on location for another 30 minutes.

Enjoyed the Phoenix VI!! Our unit was not the cleanest upon arrival. The couch had several rips and stains and the kitchen was not well stocked- no cutting board or large pot- lots of coffee pots though. The description said that the unit was newly renovated- I’m not sure it really was. Needless to say- we had a great time and that’s all that matters!

Beautiful Condo and Location
The condo was generally great. Nice fitness room, easy access to the beach. Couch and beds were comfy. Lots of TV stations. A couple negatives...I was really looking forward to the hot tub. There were three. One was luke warm, one was bath warm, and one was hot. They were always full of kids and the jets were more like strong bubbles. The building owner really needs to upgrade the hot tubs. The only issue in the condo was the kitchen supplies. It needs better selection of pots and pans and the utensils were on par with the first set I had as a poor college student. I emailed the owner about a broken knob on the dryer and never heard back. I would go again, but I would want to see some upgrades first.

We recently stayed at this unit and overall had a good vacation thanks to the excellent location, beautiful beach views, and great pool area. The property is close to restaurants, shopping, and everything Orange Beach has to offer. The view from the balcony was definitely the highlight of our stay.That said, the unit could use some attention and maintenance. We noticed peeling ceiling paint in multiple areas, signs of mold around some of the air vents, several burned-out light bulbs, and a few general upkeep issues that detracted from the overall experience. Basic necessities were also lacking. There was a tiny hand soap provided, and there was not enough toilet paper supplied for the length of our stay, requiring us to purchase these items. Communication was limited throughout our stay. Because the unit was not managed directly through Phoenix, it was sometimes difficult to know who to contact for assistance when questions arose.The condo has great potential because the location and views are outstanding. With some routine maintenance, better stocking of essentials, and improved communication, this would be an excellent rental. We enjoyed our trip but feel future guests should be aware of these issues.

Thank you for your valued feedback. We are so glad you all had a great time in unit 6912 at Phoenix VI. We strive to keep our property in the best condition possible for all guests. We do correspond with all of our guests in a quick and timely manner. We correspond through phone, texts, emails and messenger. We aren't sure why you you had an issue and we are always glad to help. The lobby desk is helpful to guests although you do need to contact the rental management company for any needs inside the unit during the stay because that is who you reserved the property through. Housekeeping does provide a complimentary starter set of some essentials, but you are responsible for your supplies for the duration of your stay as is customary when you rent vacation property. A list of items that are supplied is in your rental agreement and your confirmation letter which you received at time of booking. A/C vents can produce condensation in the warmer months especially if the balcony doors are left open for extended amounts of time. Housekeeping and maintenance usually keep all vents clean and we will make sure they do. Some of the lamps are controlled by light switches on the walls and all lights have bulbs that work. We have addressed these items with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. Thank you, again, for the valued feedback. We look forward to hosting many more guests in unit 6912 at Phoenix VI in beautiful Orange Beach!

Enjoyed everything about the property and vacation. Only reason I didn’t rate check in process with a 5 ⭐️ is because the key pick up/drop off is a bit out of the way. Other than that, loved everything.
