The property has five bedrooms – on the ground floor are one en suite double room with King-size beds, and two twin bedrooms, one with en suite, and on the first floor are two further bedrooms (one King-size double en suite, and one en suite bedroom with twin single beds).There is also a family bathroom with whirlpool bath and stereo system. The property also has a large private outdoor hot tub, an open plan dining/living room, a beautiful handmade kitchen and utility room, and a fabulous first floor ‘gallery’ seating area. Guests can enjoy the use of Hillfield Village’s children’s play area, all-weather tennis court and beautiful gardens. Court Lodge is a wonderful, luxurious holiday property for a group getaway with friends or family.

Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham.
