Comfortable Coral Estate Villa with Ocean View

Comfortable stand-alone villa with stunning views over the Caribbean Sea. The spacious outside porch offers dinner and lounge corners, a hammock, gas BBQ, and sound system. Perfect for couples, friends or a family, our house is located on the upscale Coral Estate resort (24/7 security) on the sunny south west coast of Curaçao. It's a short walk to the bakery, restaurants, spa, infinity pool and dive shop. The island’s most beautiful beaches, dive spots and natural parks are a short drive away.

The space:
You’ll quickly feel at home in this beautiful stand-alone villa with spacious porch offering much privacy. The living room has a large TV with Roku streaming. In the fully equipped kitchen you'll find a gas stove and oven, pots, pans, utensils for cooking, coffee maker (Nespresso and regular drip coffee maker), toaster oven, blender and water kettle.

The two bedrooms are equipped with AC and have king size beds as well as well as lots of cupboard space for your clothes and personal items. The main living area is also equipped with AC, and various portable fans are available to stay cool on hot days. There is one bathroom with a shower with hot water and toilet. We also have an outdoor shower with sea view. A washing machine is at your disposal in the basement, as well as a drying rack and basic cleaning supplies.

You will appreciate the secluded, peaceful and quiet environment and the chirping of the island's birds, yet only 25 minutes away from the International Airport and large supermarkets.

Guest access:
You have access to the entire house as well as the lush back garden with outside shower. You also have access to the basement where the washing machine is located.

If you need anything during your stay please don't hesitate to contact us. Our property manager is available in case you would need anything or have questions. We are also happy to give you recommendations for activities on Coral Estate and the rest of the island!

The property was exactly what the pictures showed online. We loved the location. We loved the restaurants. The snorkeling was amazing. If you love a good sunset, then this is a perfect place! Communication with the owners and local contact was top notch. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely place, great location

This is a great place - lovely view and very comfortable place. Close to lots of beaches and good access to supermarkets. We had a great time and would definitely re-book at some point in the near future (hopefully!).

Wonderful place to stay

Me and my partner has an amazing time at this location in Curacao. Close driving distance to many beaches on the island. Walking distance to the restaurants within coral estate. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great choice!

We enjoyed the central location - not in the heart of the main city, and closer to the chill vibe of the type of beaches we like which are on the central and northen coasts. Coral Estates itself is wonderful and we took advanage of eating at the three restaurants during our stay, renting equipment from the dive center, and using the beach! The villa was perfect for us and very comfortable. The outdoor shower was perfect to rince off the sand before coming inside. The view fantastic, and its well equiped. Will stay here again!

Amazing!

Our stay was perfect! The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds singing and the gentle rays from the sun….such a welcome change from frozen Michigan right now. The location was superb being in the center of the island. We enjoyed activities everywhere! We also made use of amenities at the resort. We are already talking about our NEXT visit.

A Taste of Paradise

The property was as beautiful as portrayed online. Every night we had a relaxing night watching the sunset. The location was perfect as we were close to Playa Maria and there were lovely food options on the resort. I am so pleased with our experience and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a slice of heaven on earth. My wife and I hope to return sometime for another visit.

Great space, great location

We spent 9 days in this villa and loved every second. The space is clean and comfortable. The balcony offers beautiful views, great for sunset watching, and a comfortable space for relaxing. We loved watching all of the birds around the property from here, too. We didn't spend too much time within the Coral Estate Resort grounds, but definitely appreciated the convenience of these amenities for grabbing a quick bite. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone considering!

The Best Location

Wow, this place is absolutely amazing. The views from the balcony, the sunsets, the garden, and Location, Location, Location!! This spot is literally 30 to 40 minutes from the west to the east end of the island...All the great beaches are in the west end, still some good beaches in the east end with the spotlight being main city center of Willemstad/Punda.Coral Estate is amazing as well, private gated community with guard shack and security that drives around daily and nightly. Just one road down from the villa, you have Bread and More for croissants and breakfast, it then switches to Pizza and More around noon, you have Koraal Rooftop Bar and Karakter Beach-Lounge-Restaurant.You also get use of the Infiniti pool that is there as well. This place and neighborhood is top notch! Owner and property management are amazing. We can not recommend this place enough. It was our 1st time to Curaçao, and we are already planning our return, and would stay here again!

Perfect villa for our first visit to Curacao

My husband and I spent 5 lovely nights in this villa. Most of our party stayed in an all inclusive resort. But we are very pleased with our decision to stay at coral reef. The location is perfect if you have a car to drive to Williamstead and visit many of the local restaurants and shops. But its in a gated community that has an amazing beach, pool, restaurants where you really dont have to leave. Our hostess was extremely responsive even when we had wifi issues, she followed up and was very pleasant throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay here again!! You wont be disappointed if you stay here

Perfect house and ocean view.

The house was lovely, spacious, and fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen, the bathroom, and included a washing machine in the basement. The large terrace with an ocean view was our favorite hangout. Our host was very responsive, answering our questions before our arrival and throughout our stay. The house was in a gated residential neighborhood that also had the beautiful Coral Estate Resort with wonderful restaurants/cafes available for our use. Would highly recommend this VRBO property!

Lovely home and location with caveats

Ideal location in a beautiful area. Home was clean and had a gorgeous vista. Comfortable furniture with tasteful decor. Communication with owner was excellent. But certain maintenance items were not well addressed by the property manager, such as availability of replacement lightbulbs. Property manager brought one kind but not the needed second kind of bulb. We also found the screens in the primary bedroom either had holes or were not secured so we couldn't open those windows as mosquitos were prevalent. We were frugal in our use of electricity and water but we had no way of knowing if we were within the usage limits, so it would be beneficial to know the meter readings for electricity/water upon arrival (and how to read the meters) so guests could monitor their usage.

Family vacation

The house is cute and quaint with the basic necessities. A washer is available in the basement for use and hang dry clothes on the patio. Coral Estates has a lot of great amenities and I liked that it is a gated community for safety. You must pay $12 per person to utilize the pool each time. The house manager and owner are very responsive and helpful. Do note, the house next door is under construction so it did get a bit loud at times, however, we were gone enjoying the beach most of the day so it wasn’t too bothersome for us. The water also went out for a portion of a day, but again, we were gone most of the day. The shower drain does not drain well causing the water to back up a bit in the shower floor. The beds and furniture were a bit firm for our liking but they did the job. Overall, it was a nice stay with a beautiful view and a reasonable price. Thank you for the hospitality.

Just wow!!!!!

( my english is not very good) Our stay in this house was amazing!!!! First the place is exactly as the pictures. I was reading every morning outside looking at the sea with all the birds around singing. We used the BBQ at night after buying fresh tuna in Centrum. Nespresso coffee machine was very appreciated. Beds are confortable. I was happy to find 2 mats so we trained a little at night. We went down ( 84 stares, 8 min walk) at Coral estate resort couple of time. We did some snorkling, eat at the gorgeous Karakter restaurant ( sunset view by the beach). They didn’t ask to pay for the pool, but it was late in the afternoon. I think it is the perfect spot to stay if you have a car. It is just between Willemstead and all the beautiful beaches in the north. Playa Daaibooi and Porto Mari are really just next door. I wrote the owner or the managers couple of times with some questions and they were very quick to respond. I will go back there for sure!!!! Loved it

Wonderful stay in paradise

This property is exactly as advertised and was a great home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again. The home was very well stocked and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. We cooked two dinners during our weeklong stay (one was using the outside grill) and several breakfasts and had all of the items needed for basic meals. A/C is in both bedrooms and was perfect for sleeping, but otherwise opening windows, the dutch door and sliders allowed the wonderful island breeze to keep the rest of the home comfortable. We basically spent all of our time at home on the outside porch, which had the most wonderful view and sunsets! This home is in the perfect location on the island. A 25 - 30 minute drive to Willemstad to the east and wonderful hiking and beaches to the west. Our favorite beach was Daaibooi, which was a 5 minute drive from the house and was free to enter and use palapas. Beach chairs were available to rent from the beach bar. The beach was nice and sandy and the snorkeling was wonderful. (Walk into the water on the left side near the rocks for the sandiest entry.) You can also take a 5 minute walk down some steps to get to the resort center, which has three restaurants, pool (which does have an entry fee per person per use), dive shop, gift shop and beach area. I hope we are able to return one day and would definitely book this home again!

Best VRBO yet

First off, the place was EXACTLY like the photos, not always the case with vacation rentals. Clean and comfortably furnished with a beautiful garden and top rate view of the ocean from the deck. The birds surrounding the deck were fabulous. Running the AC only in the evenings/ night put us a tiny bit over the electricity allowance. Otherwise the breezes on the deck and electric-fans were more than enough. The AC was very rapidly effective used intermittently like this. The resort was terrific with 4 “restaurants” to choose from in different price ranges. I think we got the best food at a good price ordering on the beach. The beach was lovely and snorkeling the house reef was pretty good for Curacao. It would be a good place for beginners to learn to snorkel. The beach and remote facilities were a 5 minute walk from the house. Admittedly 89 steps and a steep hill to climb to get back to the house, but if you aren’t up to it, there was plenty of parking to drive the 2 minutes down to the resort center. The location in the middle of the island was ideal. Everything was 45 minutes or less and the best snorkel beaches were about a 20 min drive. On our previous visit we stayed in Westpunt , which is a long drive to everything. If I return to Curacao, I hope to be able to stay in this house again.
