We are thankful for your feedback. We take great pride in our excellent customer service, and we always stand ready to resolve any issues that one of our guests is experiencing during their stay. If we had been notified that our professional clean was not up to your expectations, we would have immediately sent the cleaners back to your unit to make it right. All our guests are supplied with Arrival and Departure instructions both by email prior to arrival and by hand along with their keys to the property. These instructions urge guests to contact us should a cleaning or maintenance issue arise to give us an opportunity to make your stay a positive experience. We keep a supply of beach chairs at our office for guests to borrow as we understand that during the peak season, beach chairs sometime disappear from the property. With regard to the condition of the dishware, we are certain from the inspector’s pictures that there were no dirty dishes in the unit. Every guest is required to wash their own dishes before departure. If previous guests had not cleaned to your satisfaction, we would have sent a cleaner in to re-clean had we been notified. We also notify all our guests prior to arrival that the property will be supplied with 1 roll of paper towels and 1 kitchen trash can bag in the kitchen, and 1 roll of toilet tissue and hand soap in each bathroom. All other supplies of that nature are to be purchased by guest. Often previous guests will leave unused supplies, but this is not guaranteed. Estero Beach and Tennis Club is the most popular vacation rental complex on the island because it is beachfront and budget-friendly. The property you stayed in has a wonderful direct Gulf view from the balcony. We hope you will allow us another opportunity to serve you. Thank you for the feedback, we have replaced the coffee pot and the toaster. We have also addressed the cleaning issues and had the slider wheels replaced. This is a great location and the condo has amazing views and beach access.
