My cosy and comfortable one bedroom apartment is situated on a quiet street in the heart of Notting Hill. All the restaurants and buzz of Portobello market a short walk away. There's a beautiful garden to relax in in the Summer, and all within easy reach of 2 tube stations!

The space:

My 1 bedroom apartment is in the heart of one of London's best neighbourhoods, Notting Hill. The area has a quiet 'villagey' feel. It's safe and has easy access to the centre of the city.

The flat is a short walk to the Portobello Road market. There are lots of amazing restaurants and bars in the area. A gym at the end of the road and 3 tubes within walking distance: Notting Hill Gate, Holland Park and Ladbroke Grove. It takes 15 minutes to get to Oxford Circus!

It consists of:

1 double bedroom
1 bathroom with shower and bath,
Modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc
A sitting-room with TV/DVD
A lovely contemporary Garden
Wi-fi through out

The sitting room has a sofa bed, suitable for 1/2 person(s).

The garden has chairs, tables and is perfect for relaxing in the Summer evenings.

All mod cons included : TV, wireless Internet access, washing machine etc.

Great stay!

One of the best apartments we stayed in, very clean and cool design. Kitchen had everything and bed comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive and help us with booking the ride to the airport. It is a little walk to the tube but we didn’t mind, felt safe.

Just perfect!

The flat was absolutely perfect for us. It was tidy, cozy and in a great location that made getting around London very easy. Not to mention our host was communicative and easy to reach when needed. Would definitely love to stay here again when making a return trip.

London fun

Pete was great to communicate with regarding our stay. The apartment is very close to a bus and tube stop allow for easy access to all of central London. Lots of restaurants within a quick walk.

Wonderful flat and garden

This was great little apartment and well furnished. Wonderful location close to Portobello Market and Holland Park. The host had thought of all the small details and supplies. Great book collection and the garden is nice to relax in. Enjoyed eating at the neighborhood restaurants.

Pete was a fantastic host. His flat is centrally located in Notting Hill, he was always communicative and responded quickly with any questions and his flat is lovely. We would stay with him again when in London.

Overall a great experience. Ease with communication before, during, and after our stay. Check-in was super easy. Super clean. Flat is very central and can get anywhere you want in London with ease. So Charming!

The flat was perfect for my short stay in London. The Notting Hill area has a lot of things to do within walking distance but also easy to get anywhere else. The neighborhood the flat is in was really quiet and cute, and the apartment itself was so comfortable. The garden is so cute. Peter was a great host, as well. I would return in a heartbeat!

Great Flat, Great Host, Great Way to Close Out 2023

First, sincere thanks to my host, Pete; this was definitely a most enjoyable experience! The flat, itself, was ideal: handsome, clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient to everywhere I wanted to go in and around the city. Absolutely perfect stay in West London

Terrific location - Sainsbury’s Local right at Ladbroke Grove station, Fez Mangal restaurant was so good we ate there twice (outside ifthe weather co-operates). So many buses that take you into the heart of wherever you need to be - highly recommend making them your primary mode of transport - convenient, let you see more of London and they are easier to navigate than Ladbroke Grove station (so many stairs)! The flat is lovely and the garden is delightful. Although we didn’t spend too much time out there it was so nice to have easy access to some green space and the urban foxes were very welcoming. Pete was a wonderful host. Responsive, shared lots of helpful information, check in was painless and quick. His flat really felt like our wee home away from home for 3 days.

Beautiful flat in a nice and quiet location near many gems!

The flat was cozy and perfect for my partner and I. It had all the necessities needed to feel like a home away from home. Loved the restaurants and markets they had nearby. Pete was super responsive when we needed help and made check in and check out a breeze! 10/10!

Super nice host...very accommodating and responsive. The apartment is centrally located--near a lot of restaurants and shops, but on a very quiet street. The flat is spacious, clean with all the amenities you would want/expect. Definitely would rent this apartment the next time I'm in London!

Hi everyone,
I grew up on a farm in the Kent countryside but I've been a city-dweller now for the last 15 years. I'm still excited by London but need to escape to the countryside when I can. I like to hike in my spare time so am often doing that whenever I get a chance.
I'm a photographer and my job means that I travel often and when I do I like to offer my apartment to guests on Homeaway. It's a cosy base from which to explore London.

I fell in love with it as soon as I walked in. I think it was the french doors leading out to a sun dappled garden. It immediately seemed like a little oasis of calm in the city and I knew I'd be happy here.

The garden is a real bonus, particularly in the Summer. Just having the ability to open the doors onto the outside and be connected to it is a ral bonus.
