This Beachfront 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is pet friendly & sleeps 14 as follows:
Master - Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 - King Bed & Double Futon
Bedroom 3 - Two Twin Beds and Double Futon
Living Room - 2 Double Futons
The Living Room, Master Bedroom & Bedroom #2 have doors with screens that open up to the beachfront patio. The gigantic kitchen with a wrap around bar that has 6 bar stools has all the counter space you need to prepare even the most lavish meals for your family.
Huge covered patios on the beach and in the front of the house allow for lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy the beautiful Rocky Point weather year round. There is an outdoor shower and fire pit as well.

Come stay and play at the Beach!!! Enjoy the Surf, Sun and Sand to create memories with your family that will last a lifetime.

The owner very nice, but the only thing that was very upsetting about the property was that we were without water for almost one full day. The lighting on the home was very poorly. But the view to the beach was very nice.

Great house

Our stay was wonderful. The house is very spacious and clean. Plenty of places to sleep. And it is literally steps from the beach. We basically had the beach to ourselves. The host provided two big water jugs, which was nice. I would definitely stay again.

Loved my stay! You step out the door and you're right on the beach! The home is cozy and comfortable with high ceilings and open floor plan. Wonderful!!

Overall great place. 2 guests thought the beds were very hard in master and room with twin beds.Used to rentals having lots of spices "left overs" from previous guests. That was not the case here but no biggie.We had a great timeTgank you!

Location is great

The house was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly. Though I agree that the house could use some updating, I don’t think it takes away from the great location. We had a great time and would go back!

Location was perfect on the beach. Beds were comfortable. Because we had read the reviews, we weren’t surprised that only one burner worked on the stove, oven did not work, and the home’s general need of maintenance and updating. Charcoal bbq was great!

Perfect!

My friends and I loved this house. It was perfect location and very close to downtown. There was a lot of privacy on the beach. We we're looking specifically for a house as close to the beach as possible and this met our needs. The tide changed a lot, though. For a lot of it, the shore was very rocky but the tide pools were cool to explore. The next day however the water came up over all that and it was perfect for swimming! The house was clean and had everything we needed and it was a very comfortable sleep. We slept 9 people comfortably with room to spare. I would definitely recommend!

Disappointed

We had no water on the first night. Wasn’t given lock code for house key box and house address is not marked Correctly. House is infested with ants. Several important things were broken. Was not informed construction was going on next-door, lack of privacy from construction workers!

Not what I expected

Your place was not a good value, the kitchen stove was dangerous, I purposely did not leave a review because I don't like saying anything bad...but it was bad. The bedding was old and oily feeling, the floors where not mopped to the edges, the refrigerator leaked a large daily puddle on the floor and the electric range gave shocks (we even left a post it note on the range in Spanish warning others) and only 2 burners sort of worked. We have stayed for decades on Los Conchas ,we will never stay again.

The day we got there we noticed ants by the front door. Eventually they made there way in through the front door and through the outlet to the microwave. I asked for bug spray maintenance never came. The ants were on the kitchen counters and coming through the back door. There was no ac in the main house only in the master bedroom that had it’s own ac unit was working In the hall bathroom there was no hot water and hardly any water came out of the shower. We had to take showers in the master bedroom. Won’t be staying here again

Great Location

We have traveled to rocky point before and stayed at Las Conchas as well. We found the property just fine and the check-in process was easy. The first thing we noticed when arriving into the home was the great beach view and how clean the place was. The BBQ grill is charcoal and the house has the utensils you need. There is a mini store/gas station near by if you need charcoal or lighter fluid. The beach is rocky at low tide,but my kids love that because they get to explore. Showers worked fine and had nice hot water. Kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, ect. Fridge and stove/oven worked great. No problem with bugs at all! Did not see a single ant, and we stayed at a fancy resort just a few months ago by sandy Beach and the kitchen was covered in ants!! This place was great! Local vendors come by but we're never pushy to buy anything. We did however purchase almost everything from tortillas, tamales, mangos, to jewelry, hair braids and massage. We love helping the locals. Felt safe the entire time and will love to stay here again!

Great house and location - would book again

Property was great and as listed, the kitchen stove and outdoor gril needed a little TLC but literally everything else was perfect. Made for an amazing and affordable trip with friends. Would book again.

Clean enough

The house seemed like it was falling apart. Granted we had a huge storm where water entered through windows and doors but even before that hit, screen doors with no broken screens, curtain rods did not fit or there were no curtains, not enough towels, there were no brooms or mops, chairs barely holding together and coffee table did NOT hold together. The house seemed clean enough - clean linens and bathrooms in good shape. Karen and crew responded quickly to our "after storm distress" and I appreciated the communication. I liked the location but I will not stay here again.

Spacious & Comfortable

We loved the high ceilings and beautiful wood beams and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked - we grilled fresh fish from the market and vegetables from the Super Ley down the street. We had a great time!

Mala experiencia. Lo peor de la zona

Después de conducir 8 hrs. Para disfrutar de una vacaciones en compañia de toda la familia, tuvimos la peor experiencia rentando esta casa en muy mal estado y extremadamente sucia y mal oliente. Por mucho el peor lugar para vacacionar. Muebles en mal estado, cobijas y sábanas con un olor desagradable. No se dejen engañar por las fotos.

Perfect house on the beach. It had everything we needed to spend 5 lovely days on the beach with friends and family. The directions getting through Mexico were helpful. The house was clean and bug free. Did I say the beach was amazing? We hope to be back REAL soon!!!

We really loved our 5 night stay at this property.

It's was exactly as we expected it to be from the pictures and the description. (If you are used to five star hotels you might be disappointed). It is a cozy little house with the sandy beach literally right out the back door. It has normal signs of use, wear and tear, but the house was clean. We were a party of 7 adults, 2 teens and 2 todlers and we had enough room for everyone comfortably. The kitchen does have most everything you need to cook your own meals. We didn't have a problem with the water running out, but we were careful, more careful than we needed to be because we didn't even come close to running out. (the tanks are on the side of the house and you can open the lids to check the level). We had a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.
