Welcome to our Home. Bienvenidos, your home away from home. Our charming Mexican/Guatemalan home, where modern and authentic Mexico meet to offer you a true vacation in our 24/7 gate-guarded community of Las Gaviotas.
This home has the genuine ambiance of Mexico, thanks to the Spanish-style architecture and rustic décor that give the home a warm and inviting feel. Each room is full of color and character, with gorgeous exposed wood and brick, and lots of natural light. It’s easy to fall in love with this home instantly, as it hosts all of the comforts of your own home but with the breezy atmosphere of a relaxing vacation. Step outside onto the terrace or roof deck to feel the ocean breeze on your face while sunbathing on one of our few padded lounge chairs and an umbrella overhead, or grilling up an evening meal and sitting by our fire pit. We know that you will enjoy our home as much as we, our friends and many guests have over the years. We only have a handful of reviews because our guests have said that if they leave too many glowing reviews, the house will become too popular and won’t be available when they want to stay. We consider that the best compliment that we could ever receive! Our many repeat guests are the best testament to the home’s welcoming nature, and we are utterly confident that you’ll agree! We are happy to provide the number of a previous guest as a reference if you prefer. The maximum number of guests that we like is 4 and this is only for the upstairs. We may extend the use of the downstairs depending on the situation
