Charming apartment in the heart of the historic center of Florence

Our guests are usually very happy because they consider the apartment to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Dear Mrs. Melanie, thank you for your review. On the VRBO site, there is a map of the apartment from which you can see the size of the room, it is not huge, but it has an orthopedic mattress where you sleep very well and equally comfortable pillows. For the air conditioning near the bed during the night you can turn it off, since there are two other air conditioners, one in the kitchen and the other in the living room, the thermostats are separate so I don't see where the problem is. There was a kettle for tea but I decided to remove it when a host put it on the stove and melted it, for everything else the kitchen is very well equipped and has all the comforts. The hob or rather the electric hob works very well, if you can't turn it on you could have contacted me and asked how to do it. I couldn't welcome you personally because I had a commitment, but I think my friend Sara was very kind and thoughtful. I think the three stars you gave us are unfair, and you can understand this by reading all the 5-star reviews, which we have earned over the years.

I was very happy to welcome you to my apartment, a couple very nice and extremely friendly, the apartment was left in perfect condition, clean and orderly. Regarding noise, I can say that in the months of July and August, Florence is a city very lively during the weekend, this is a small price to pay if you want to stay in an apartment in the center, of course, in the suburbs in the Tuscan countryside , you will find the apartment very quiet, but you will not live the intense emotions of an apartment that has centuries of history and a past so important.Thank you Allison and Husband.
