This townhouse is conveniently located in the heart of South Beach! Just steps to the beach and South Beach Marina Village with it's shops, restaurants, watersport activities, and tennis courts; you will never be at a loss for what to do!

On the main level, you will find a spacious open floor plan with a combined living room, dining area, and kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There is even a sunroom on this level for extra living space. A queen guest bedroom with an en-suite bath is located just off the main entry. The second level comprises the master bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bath, and a private balcony. Two other bedrooms share a hall bathroom; one has 1 queen, and one has 2 twins.

The on-site pool will open in April 2025, and swimming is allowed from 8:00 a.m. until SUNSET. The pool will close for the season on September 30th, 2025, and pool will reopen in 2026.. Open date has not been released for 2026.

South beach stay

Nice place to stay, good access to beach. Pool was a little further than ideal and very crowded. Nice layout for the condo and lots of beach chairs available.

Cant beat the location

It's close to the Salty Dog (5 minute walk with a 2 year old) and even closer to the beach. We had an issue with our AC and it was fixed same day. The Vacation Company was very responsive.

Hilton Head

Loved Hilton Head. The house was roomy and perfect for our group. The driveway was a bit of a challenge for a van. I injured my van trying to back out. Other than that we had a great time and we'll be back.

Nice property

Overall would recommend. A little more lengthy walk to beach/pool than I was hoping (especially with young kids) and listing/communication with host was vague. Kitchen need some restocking on essentials. Got very hot upstairs, fans were provided but the small room with two twins was inhabitable in the afternoon with the hot sun coming through the skylight. Good location with proximity to salty dog. Would stay again.

Return to HHI in 2023!

Our family has vacationed at Hilton Head for over 20 years while our kids have grown up and we have always enjoyed the island. We love the beach, the dining, the golf and riding bikes. Due to our kids finishing college and COVID, our last trip was in 2018. It was great to get back and with our adult children now it brought back great memories. Great location!! Can't beat 3 minute walk to beach or South Beach Marina and Salty Dog area. Condo was accurately described in listing and reviews. We liked the outdoor patio and were able to grill one day for lunch which was nice. Dining room, kitchen and living room provide plenty of room. We had 9 adults including my wife's parents. Layout is great with one bedroom on the main level for them and 2 upstairs rooms. Third upstairs room is very tiny, has skylight, and no bathroom which we knew, but that definitely made it challenging. Our 18 year old took the space under the steps and that worked out just fine. Kitchen had everything we needed. for breakfast, lunch, and snacking. Love the location! Communication with owner about bike rentals and other accessories was also easy. Definitely recommend for families looking for easy beach access chill location. Only downside is a little tired and probably needs some updates, but again still very nice.

Many issues

We were warned of Palmetto Roaches and other wild life. However what i wasnt prepared for, was the inability to cope with the bugs. When I asked for a rack to put my suitcase on(after seeing live bugs) I was told it is not something they provide due to furniture such as dressers, the first roach in the house was found in a dresser. So my suitcase had to remain on the floor. Secondly, out of the 4 rooms, only one has adequate air conditioner. The property owners know that, as there are several fans in the closets. If you like to sleep with a high powered fan, then your good. However it barely made it comfortable to sleep. Third, we were told there was a pool. What we found out a few weeks before our arrival, was the pool wasnt open and expected to open June 10th(Monday of our vacation week). Less then a week before arrival, was sent a message stating the pool had an inspection scheduled for Tuesday the 11th. Rental agency would not give us access to any other pool in the area, even 1 across the street from where we were staying. Property manager handed out key fobbs for pool, only to find out pool did not pass and would not be open for quite awhile. The listing said there was a pool, when asked the vacation company they said the ammenity was in anticipation of the new pool opening. HHI has no water park or public pool, so verify pool is open or that you have access before you book. No golf carts allowed. Long drive to get out of the Sea Pines community.

Perfect spot for family getaway

This proper was perfect for our family get away. The place is even better than the pictures indicate. Large, clean, quiet, and convenient to the beach, bike rentals, restaurants. It was all we could ask for.

Plenty of dishes and comfy beds. Great location and cute decor. Would have been bonus to come with beach chairs and more paper products on hand.

Convenient for Families

We had easy walking distance to the beach (less than 2 minutes). And a 5 minute walk to local restaurants and ice cream. The beach was never crowded and we saw tons of wildlife everyday. The condo was vlean and well cared for. We will definitely rent this property again.

Sea Pines South Beach Villas

Our stay here was wonderful. Going to the beach and sitting in the warm sun was relaxing and well deserved. The golf courses never fail to deliver. The condo was near everything we wanted to explore. Management of the condo was very quick to help us out with questions we had. Loved every minute spent here.

Needs updating

Master bath very outdated. Master bedroom bedside table next to sliding glass door had personal items, behind it so obviously not cleaned. Upstairs deck chair, wicker, falling apart. Downstairs patio table rusty and crumbling in spots, possible injury risk. Kitchen pantry door in bad shape. Pillows on couch with seams unstitched.

Spacious home in great location!

We booked this property in January before COVID struck, and we went back and forth on keeping the reservation but I’m so glad we did. My husband, our 2 y/o daughter and my parents enjoyed our week in Sea Pines in this great home. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, and the house is in a great location - within walking distance to Salty Dog and the Marina and the beach. The pool is located right next to the Salty Dog so while not far, was a bit longer of a walk in a toddler than I was expecting. The beach was heavenly! It wasn’t at all crowded and easy to socially distance. Not too many shells to collect but we walked down to the end of the beach many times and had fun chasing the crabs and building sandcastles. After the craziness of 2020, this was the perfect relaxing week away that we needed. Also - check out Jake’s Ice Cream shop! The lavender, cookies and cream and cantaloupe flavors were big hits!

The location of the property was great. It was close to the Salty Dog Cafe and Marina, South Beach racquet club and shops. We ended up sharing the property with another family with teenagers. Despite all of that we plenty of space. COVID limited our outings and dinning but we still had a great time.

Beach fun

The best part about this stay was the location. However, when we google earthed the location from home it does appear closer to the beach than it is. Be prepared for a walk that seems longer when you are carrying chairs, towels etc. The condo needs some updating and we felt like it was not cleaned to a standard I am accustomed too. I would rent this condo again but only if I was assured it was going to be thouroughly cleaned. We had several issues with the internet. It was down for two nights. The gas grill was not on the property when we arrived. We came with tons of food to cook because of Covid. This caused a major problem for us. We called and the next day a grill was delivered. In the middle of cooking 100 dollars worth of steaks it cut off AGAIN. Ruined our food. This is why I gave three stars.

First vacation in Hilton Head

This was our first vacation to Hilton Head and my family of 5 had an amazing time. Our condo was amazing, better than we expected. The location was perfect. We rode bikes the entire week and made so many memories. We will definitely be back!!!

Great location - quiet and convenient

All around fantastic experience - great location on the southern tip of Hilton Head Island, steps away from the beach, adjacent to the path system and a short walk to the South Beach Market and community pool. The condo is well maintained and the furnishings are updated and very comfortable - it is apparent the owners take great pride in their unit! The South Beach Bike Rental Company is across the street from the condominium complex, as is the Salty Dog complex (seafood, burgers, pizza, ice cream and shopping area). Boat tours, kayak rental and other water activities are also located at the South Beach Marina. You can literally park your car when you arrive and walk or bike throughout Sea Pines. There is also a trolley stop at South Beach which takes you to HarbourTown and to the retail center within Sea Pines. The condo complex has a private access to the beach with an outdoor shower. The beach itself is absolutely beautiful - uncrowded with a gentle on-shore breeze coming across the sound. Be cautious of the current - we found it to be swift during tide changes . No shells to speak of, but the beach is very wide at low tide. Also, no wave action. The condo has a couple of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to use, but we ended up renting chairs and an umbrella from Beach Services - not a bad price and they set up and took down each day.
