Newly renovated Sarasota Bay front house with unobstructed view. Large two-story villa has everything you need for your island getaway. House is comfortably furnished and well maintained. Each of the bedrooms and the living area has its own flat screen TV. WiFi internet access also included. Pool heat is optional at additional $140/week.
Enjoy your oversized private pool with large patio and grill. You can fish or just relax on the bay dock or walk across the street to white sand Gulf beaches with our own beach chairs. Within walking distance to the Centre Shops dining and shopping. Nearby St. Armand's Circle boasts the finest in restaurants, wonderful shops and relaxing scenes. Downtown Sarasota thrives with cultural activities such as theatres, jazz clubs and wonderful antique stores.

The area is a golfer's paradise with world class golf courses within a short drive! For family fun, the Busch Gardens theme park is just an hour away in Tampa, and Disney World in Orlando is just a two and a half hour drive away.

This was our second summer staying at this property. Love the private pool, short walk to the beach and restaurants/shops, and the bayfront view! The house has lots of room to spread out and relax and everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The owners are very nice and respond quickly to any problems. Longboat Key is a beautiful and quiet beach to walk or relax. Looking forward to our next trip!

Our secind time staying at this wonderful house. We always enjoy our stay here. Quick access to the beach, wonderful views of the bay, plenty to do in the area and the pool tops it all off. The host is very attentive to any needs. Highly recommend.

Longboat Key Gem

As advertised and a wonderful property for family vacation. Best features are clean and up to date property with private pool that the kids adored. Property is well maintained and equipped. Walk to great beach is only 4 minutes with great sunsets. The owner communicates well and efficiently.

Perfect Family Vacation Home!

This house was perfect for our family of six. Very clean and spacious, gourmet kitchen and comfortable family room, and a perfect pool area overlooking the bay. Less than five minute walk to the beautiful beach and close to many good restaurants too. Highly recommend!

Lovely, large home with a beautiful view of the bay front. House is stocked with everything needed for a beach vacation. Loved the large pool and covered patio. Plenty of room for everyone. Short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. This house is attached to the neighbors which made it somewhat awkward. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again.

Perfect place

5 of us stayed here for a week and it was just as advertised. The pool was amazing, as was access to the beach across the street. Beautiful view from the pool area. Three en-suite bedrooms with a 1/2 bath in the LR. The place had everything you could need. We had one issue which was fixed immediately. Longboat Key is beautiful! Great restaurants nearby. The neighhood is nice and quiet. Can’t wait to go back!!

Recharge on Longboat Key

Our family (my wife & I plus our two adult children) stayed at this spacious property just to get away from the Midwest cold and recharge for the New Year. Our host (Dina) was very helpful and responsive with our questions. The bedrooms were very open and each with their own bathroom, which was nice. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking onsite and we had the option to dine indoors or by the heated pool outdoors. The property and grounds are very well kept and just a enough seclusion off of the main drag (Gulf of Mexico Drive). We researched and found many great places to go out to eat and found beautiful beaches everywhere we went. Anna Maria was our favorite with a less touristy feel. We found many things to do from St. Armands Key to a Green Bay Packer establishment loaded with friendly faces. Best of all, our family spent quality time together and we even taught our children the game of Cribbage, which turned out to hit in the evenings before bed! If we come back to Longboat Key, we will definitely come back to Dina's relaxing and beautiful property! Ernie, Kathy, Elyse & Carson

September Family Vacation

Beautiful home on the bay! VERY short walk across to the beach. Everything we needed in the house to be comfortable for our week stay. Great having the 3 en suite bathrooms. Owners were wonderful to work with! We will be back!

Fabulous View of Bay

This is an older "typical Florida" property that has been nicely updated with fresh Master Bathroom and new Kitchen and a fabulous Pool and Pool Deck with outstanding views of Sarasota Bay. The owners couldn't have been more helpful and we greatly enjoyed our 2 week stay.

Amazing House; Relaxing Week

What a fantastic property. My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving week. The house is exactly as described in the VRBO listing. Extremely spacious with large bedrooms and living area providing maximum comfort. A well stocked kitchen made a week's worth of meal prep very easy. All the furniture is clean and comfortable with just the right amount of tasteful decor. The location on Gulf of Mexico Drive is super convenient for getting to restaurants, St Armand's Circle, Publix and, of course the beach right across the street. Of course the private pool right off the living/dining area is a highlight of the house. Our two young boys, 8 and 4, spent just about every waking hour in the pool, especially on the days when it wasn't quite beach weather. I highly recommend paying to have the pool heated in the cooler months. Great communication by the property manager prior to and during check-in as well as throughout our stay. My family and I are already talking about how soon we can return.

Location is fantastic

Property is on the bay. We saw all kinds of wildlife including dolphins. Short walk to the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Will be renting again.

Wonderful house!!

This house has been completely renovated with excellent taste and finishes. The kitchen and master bath are exceptional. Also, the front yard is artistic and welcoming. The owners have thoughtfully provided anything you might need during your stay and are responsive and easy to contact. We enjoyed the beautiful view, the large screened pool and the easy access to the Gulf. It was a wonderful week!

Outstanding Location and Pool

Our family enjoyed this vacation home and it’s location was perfect to Sarasota Bay, the large pool on the patio and the Gulf across the street. Home was spacious and clean and modern.
