Welcome to your secluded paradise! Our backyard has a sea wall in which you can step down onto the sand at low tide. No crossing the street, DIRECTLY on the ocean.

Picturesque Hawaiian sunrises and frolicking sea turtles await you from this private oceanfront, 2-story home. The property is fully gated, with an enclosed garage - and located on the crystal clear Hawaiian waters. It features majestic mountain views from almost every room and has an outside shower, balcony and deck while only being 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants .

OCEANFRONT:
Turtle Point is a shallow stretch of crystal clear water that is just perfect! Turtles have found this to be an ideal nursing ground to raise their young and often come in within a few feet of the seawall. The calm and clear waters lend itself to snorkeling and other water activities. The ocean is about waist deep and teeming with live corals, tropical fish and families of turtles. You can climb in to swim with the turtles, or just lounge beachside and enjoy them from the front yard just a few feet away. During whale season, mother whales and their calves pass right outside the reef in deeper water, and offer the perfect photo opportunity. Walk with the boogie boards 3 houses down to one of the most beautiful, sandy and secluded beaches around. Recommended for children older children as sea wall has no railings.

Upstairs features 3 bedrooms/2 baths. The Master bedroom has a King bed and on-suite bathroom w/shower, smart TV w/Netflix. An additional 2 bedrooms with each one having a Queen bed, and another bathroom with bathtub/shower combo are located on the mountain view side of the home. The upstairs kitchen, living and dining rooms and deck open out to 180 degree sweeping, unobstructed views of the crystal clear Pacific Ocean. The living room also features a large 55-inch smart tv with Netflix.

Downstairs is the Luxury Oceanfront Master, on-suite and exercise room. The Master has an adjustable Temperpedic King bed with a 56-inch smart tv with Netflix. There is a separate exercise room that faces the ocean. Treadmill, bike machine and eliptical keep you in top shape while watching the crashing waves. Ocean and sunrise views can be enjoyed while laying in bed.

A sliding glass door opens out onto the lanai. Downstairs lanai has 2 covered seating areas with seating for 10 and a charcoal bbq grill. Upstairs offers teak benches, chairs and tables for more seating with stunning 200 degree Hawaiian sandy beach and lush mountain views.

You'll receive complimentary WiFi and all the comforts of home with initial 7 days worth of basic supplies for including: basic condiments in the kitchen, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and hotel-quality towels and linens.

Electric Vehicles have an additional charge of $50 per night for occupied nights. Security camera located above garage. Oceanside security camera is flipped off with a light switch.
