Fabulous place

This was our second stay at Chelfiord. Love the new bedroom layout. This bungalow is very convenient for the oyster catcher and Rhosneigr. Our dogs love the beach and the back garden at Chelfiord although they were not to keen on the pebbles. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here .

Lovely

Really nice place, surprised there weren’t coasters for drinks in the lounge and bedrooms. Garden was lovely and secure. I felt the welcome pack was style over substance including things that private renters would leave as standard and no real milk which would have been preferred over any of the other items. Bag was lovely.

Rhosneigr Holiday

Another great stay at Chelford (our 4th). Spacious bungalow with enough room for 6 adults without feeling cramped. The large conservatory with additional lounge seating and dining is a bonus, especially for multi generational groups. Loved the new bedroom layout and new tv.A drive big enough for 3 cars(plus)suits our needs as we travel from multiple locations. The property is super clean and minutes from Rhosneigr’s beaches,shops and cafes but positioned on a quiet close.

Another great family holiday in Rhosneigr.

We had a lovely stay - our second visit to Chelford. Location excellent and the conservatory was really lovely to relax in. The frying pans have seen better days, also the garden furniture could do with renewing. There were blood stains on a single duvet and the kitchen bin lid would not stay closed. However, a lovely bungalow and hopefully these points will be rectified for our visit next year!

We're delighted you enjoyed the fantastic location and particularly the conservatory, which is a lovely space to relax in. Thank you also for pointing out the items that need some attention. The frying pans will be replaced this week, and we've already been in discussion with the owner regarding replacement garden furniture, which is now in hand. We'll also ensure the bedding and kitchen bin are checked and addressed. We really appreciate guests bringing these things to our attention. Lovely bungalow and location close to village and beach.

It was our 3rd time staying at Chelford and it still didn't disappoint. Great for dogs with enclosed garden and close to beach. Great for my disabled mum as she can get around with her rolater with ease due to the bungalow being open plan, also easy for her shower. Wanted to book again for next year but already booked.

Great stay but late check in time

Nice stay in Rhosneigr. Great parking. Nice open plan bungalow. Plenty cups, plates, utensils etc. nice new TV in lounge. Be great to have a TV in main bedroom. Blue Olive nice food. Pizza take away is nice. Visited Oyster catcher for a drink and some snacks which was nice. Walk around Maelog is a nice walk. 5 mins flat walk to beach at end of road and about 7 mins walk to the main beach. Check in time is far too late at 4pm.

Great stay

We had a great stay at Chelford. It’s in a perfect location and the garden and outside space is amazing. Some things could do with updating - not all lights worked, TV and sound system are due an update also. The house was very clean. And the welcome pack was a nice touch. At night there were lots of flies able to get in through the edge of the conservatory despite doors being closed.

One Week Holiday Stay

The bungalow was nice, but there are a couple of areas that need to be improved. There needs to be an electric fan provided, especially as the weather was so warm. The parasol wasn’t in any condition to be used in the garden, which was very disappointing. These beds seem to be in the wrong rooms. The King size bed in the side bedroom is in a tight space and makes it difficult to get in/out of bed by the wall. Also the double bed in the front bedroom is in a position where you cannot shut the door. Location of bungalow is perfect.

Lovely stay

Lovely stay. We will be back and will use AHL. Liked the walk in shower and separate bath, (the shower hose over the bath wasnt easy to angle). The sofa was comfy, loved the conservatory, would have been better to be able to wall onto a paved patio instead of stones. Great location about 7 mins walk to the beach and bars

Fantastic short stay

Enjoyed a 3 night stay over in Anglesey and Chelford was perfect for this! Arrived on Friday afternoon, dropped our bags and headed straight for the beach! In January, when you get off the beach, you need a warm, cosy accommodation and Chelford was just that! Plenty of space for wellies and walking boots and plenty of space to stretch out and read! Only adviser would be to update the pans as they were a bit worn! Everything else was just perfect! Would happily rebook this property!

A last min choice and was good for our purposes. Great location, and a good garden which was ideal for our 2 dogs. The house whilst modest in decor and size had all we needed for our 2 day stay. Can see the house being ideal for families in the summer

A nice play to stay

Stayed over Christmas. Fortunate with the weather. Dry, sunny but cold. Fully equipped kitchen. 5 mins walk to 1 beach. 10 mins walk to the other beach max. Great parking for 2 or 3 cars. Enclosed garden for dog. Only room for improvements would be TV’s in bedroom. Nice walk around the lake. Oyster Catcher gets busy so either book or go early.

If only…

Spacious & full of light but lacking: despite what Anglesey said twice property does NOT have name or number on it. Spacious conservatory but ALL chairs/sofas need new cushions as they are all really flat. No decent mugs so we bought our own. Has the potential to be fab but it isn’t. Shame really. There’s something odd about the electrics as sometimes we had lights in both kitchen and living room but not always. Cost doesn’t reflect quality.

Lovely week in a great location

Fabulous location for a relaxing holiday with beautiful beaches minutes away. Chelford is a comfortable bungalow with a great garden and plenty of parking space on the drive. Having narrow bedside tables for glasses/phone would be appreciated in the double bedrooms. We had a lovely, relaxing week with most things (that we wanted to do) within walking distance and have already booked for next year!

Excellent stay!

Six of us and two dogs stayed in July. We had a lovely week, the bungalow was perfect for us. We particularly liked the open plan kitchen/lounge and the fab garden. The location was perfect - an easy 5/10 min walk to both beaches and the bars & shops in the village! The service from Anglesey Holiday lettings was excellent as usual and we hope to book Chelford again next year....

Rhosneigr Holiday

Our 3rd visit to this property. Great bungalow in a perfect location. A few minutes walk to year round dog friendly beach. Also walking distance to livelier beach and the village centre with a selection of small shops and cafes. No doubt will return! Also great service from Anglesey Holiday Lettings
