Beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower , the Trocadéro, the Arc de Triomphe, from all rooms, 55 sq m apartment located in one of the nicest location of Paris.
I have been living in the apartment for over 15 years and my work allows me nowadays to spend time in the countryside.
So enjoy the apartment !
Lots of museums are walking distance as well as the Champs Elysées ! Live in Paris like a parisian.

Truly extraordinary!!

This is the MOST perfect apartment! My son and I absolutely love being here!It is in PERFECT condition! The views are breathtaking!The owner is WONDERFUL and so kind!! There are ALL the amenities you could hope for! The remodel is beautiful!It is definitely our favorite place we have ever stayed! It is very close to the metro and to the Eiffel Tower! It is in a very safe area. The apartment is large and spacious. I wish we could stay here longer! It is delightful! We are very grateful for the owner and her amazing hospitality! Thank you so very much!!

Fantastic stay!

We loved the place we stayed. The location is fabulous! It was close to areas we wanted to walk to. Quiet area but still close to everything. Amazing views of the Eiffel Tower from the apartment. Having grocery and bakeries close by was great. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend!

What a view!

The pictures on the listing are legit - you can see the Eiffel Tower from EVERY room in the apartment, up close, at all times, including the daily night show that the tower does on the hour until midnight. The bed is very comfortable, and the apartment is very nicely appointed as it is the owner/host's part time residence. The apartment is in a super safe complex and close to the Eiffel Tower, a great shopping area, and the Metro. It was a 12 euro uber drive to anything too. There's a Patisserie nearby for fresh baked goods and coffee in the am as well. Just pack monochromatic outfits (preferably black), scarfs, and comfy shoes, and you'll live like a Parisian!

Absolutely the Best!

I loved everything about our stay. The view, the bed, and the amenities were top notch. The location was great too! It was so close to awesome bakeries and restaurants. It felt very safe at night. This was the perfect place for our first stay in Paris. If we ever returned we would stay here again. The host was so kind and friendly too. She really wanted us to feel at home.

Amazing view

The apartment was just as I expected - looked just like the photos. Joelle was very available and helpful. The view of the Eiffel Tower was amazing. Hair dryer was great too, very powerful, and there were several US adaptor plugs available for electronic.

Beautiful Eiffel Tower View and Neighborhood!!!

Incredible view of the Eiffel Tower and surrounding areas from the top floor of the building. Easy access by elevator. Very safe and secure area. Wonderful neighborhood. Joelle was very communicative and always got right back to us. She wasn't there but arranged easy access for us. We had a great time!

Magnificent Eiffel View

The apartment was great. The views of the Eiffel tower from the kitchen, living room and bedroom are spectacular! Joelle the owner of the property was great and we would definitely stay here again. The property manager did not speak any English and was a little rushed in getting us in. Other than that it was fantastic. Joelle does a wonderful job and her apartment is in a great location, close to fabulous restaurants, the Metro, Eiffel, Rue Clear and much more. Great stay

Worth every penny!

We splurged a little on this place compared to our typical vacation rental, and we are so glad we did! Joelle is a wonderful host—reachable, great communication beforehand and during our stay, and with a wealth of local info in the unit that was so valuable. Apartment was super clean, and it was so refreshing to arrive with toilet paper, soaps, and other needs already provided, rather than having to drop our luggage and go immediately to the store. A very well-equipped supermarket is right around the corner for anything else you could need. We slept well and were comfortable in the bed. Really appreciated the washer, dryer, and dishwasher as well, all with detailed directions on how to use the machines. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and convenient. And the view will blow you away, day and night! We loved it!

Paris Penthouse

This place was absolutely stunning. The host communicates everything very thoroughly, provided a guide on how to operate the machines in the home as well as recommendations around the area. The home is absolutely stocked with plates, cups, etc etc etc. nothing went without thought here. The view is so much better than the photos. Every room has a perfect view of the Eiffel. The balcony is also a great to sit out and enjoy. It’s a safe and secure apartment complex and located in a great area- with grocery, food, and easy access to metro so close by. I have absolutely no complaints or additional comments on this place other than- wow! I’m thankful I got to stay here for my first trip to Paris!!!

Wonderful view of the tower

First the good. It’s a lovely apartment located in a very quiet neighborhood only a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower. You have a view from every window and it’s much closer than it appears in the pictures. It’s equipped nicely and in very good condition. You are a short walk from metro stations and excellent restaurants. It’s a good choice for one or two nights, but for the price, I’ve stayed in much better rentals. I guess that’s the penalty for being in Paris. Now for the downside….advertising as having air conditioning is rather generous. There is only one portable unit which we kept in the bedroom. And in order to vent the hot air out you have to put the exhaust hose through an open window, which stays open (until it rains like we had happen). It wouldn’t stay in the window so I fashioned a string that has to be wrapped around the door frame and then gets tied to the window handle, which secures the hose and the window (see pictures). That was a huge disappointment because it was over 90 while we were there. There are a lot of quirks too. The balcony is too small to really enjoy, the table and chairs are tiny. The toilet isn’t located in the bathroom…it’s through the living room by the kitchen. There are detailed instructions for which switches cannot be used or TV etc will not work. You can’t use several kitchen appliances at the same time. Im being fairly critical, but at that price, you should know. I would stay 2 nights and then find a cheaper option. Overall good.

Amazing Property !!!!!!!

First let me start by saying the owner Joelle is outstanding and a true gem of a host. We stayed at this location in October 2012 and had the time of our lives. The apartment is truly off the charts for the view and location. When you 1st walk in to the apartment and see the view from not just 1 room but from all rooms it blows you away. Best part is waking up to the view EVERY morning. The apartment has everything you could possibly want. Although we did not use the kitchen often, when we did it has everything you need to cook a 5star meal if that is what your in to doing. The bed is comfortable and I was nervouse about this as I have a bad back but woke up every day feeling fine. Having your own washer / dryer was a huge plus as we did not need to pack 1/2 of what we brought. The geographical location of this apartment to the metro was outstanding as you walk a short few blocks and there you have many options for the metro and oh did I mention you pass a ton of bakeries on the way so that is even better. When we come back to Paris we will stay here again without a doubt. Joelle thank you for making our trip to Paris a memorable one!

Great to be in a local neighborhood and with the metro and grocery store and pharmacy nearby. The million dollar views of the Eiffel Tower alone should be the reason you book. And Joelle and Mihaela were easy to message. Merci!

Wonderful accommodations conveniently located. Very clean with great communication and check-in. Easy access to Metro for areas that are not immediately walkable. For those using the kitchen a good market with fresh fish is two blocks away. And of course, there’s the view. Has to be one of the best in Paris.

The views from the apartment are incredible. The apartment is nice and has everything you would need, located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The Tower/River and restaurants are a short walk away. The owner/host Joelle is very accommodating and communicative. My favorite part was the small balcony and the million dollar views.

Second stay at Apartment

We stayed at this apartment in 2022 for 2 weeks and decided to stay again 3 years later. Wonderful neighborhood and spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. Would stay again!

Beautiful view of eiffel tower!

Really enjoyed our stay at Marty Joelle's place! The view was gorgeous and from every room in the apartment. The neighborhood was very relaxing and still easy to get to attractions closeby. We were staying during a cooler time, but for anyone planning to stay during the hotter months, the A/C is a portable unit in the bedroom that was not set up (from what we could see). We really enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect Paris

We had a lovely stay and Joelle is a most gracious host. She greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The view is amazing and just as pictured. Amazing view

Joëlle was great keeping us with updates because of security due to the Olympics. Apartment is well equipped and the view is breathtaking and romantic. It’s located in a nice spot and many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Train station is just a couple of blocks away .

Best views ever!

The property was beautiful and had the best views of the Eiffel Tower we could have asked for. Owner was super sweet and kept in communication from the time we made the booking until the time we checked out. Everything was within walking distance or just a short subway ride. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful apartment with spectacular view!

Based on the photos and description of this place, I had high expectations. As soon as we walked in, the view of the Eiffel Tower exceeded my expectations! Beautiful light shows every night that could be seen from all windows. The unit was lovely and well decorated, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Joelle provided a very thorough guide which explained the use of appliances as well as nearby stores, sites, restaurants, etc. My husband was surprised that the only TV was in the bedroom, but I was delighted that there was not a TV in the living room. We did not travel to Paris to watch TV!! I would definitely recommend Joelle’s apartment for anyone visiting Paris!
