Ski Cove House is a two storey waterfront on the edge of Smiths Lake. Set up high in the trees it is a unique house with fabulous sunsets and wide open water views.

Our modern kitchen will delight you, and has all the modern conveniences that you need to create a feast, or that quick and easy holiday meal. And…. you can cook outside on the Big BBQ tepanyaki hotplate (commercial size) on the upstairs deck if you wish!

An endless supply of Filtered water and ice come straight from the fridge.

Our modern bathrooms are planned for your comfort and convenience, two upstairs and one downstairs.

Upstairs : 3 bed rooms ~ 1 x king bed 1 x queen sized bed 1 x 2 king single beds( maybe joined on request to king sized bed.)
Downstairs: 3 bed rooms~ 2 x queen sized beds, 2 x sets commercial grade bunks & a fold out trundle bed

PLEASE NOTE: Ski Cove House is NOT a "party house and as such does not accept booking for bucks nights, hens nights or similar.

PRICING:

EXTRA GUESTS SURCHARGE OVER 6 PEOPLE: This is NOT calculated on online booking as we only change this once off and there is no provision for this as yet on the online booking function, please use “ask a question” ALTERNATIVELY you can put it through on online booking and I can amend the quote to be accepted by you prior to your booking.

Ski Cove House has a base booking charge for up to 6 people, to allow the average family a chance to stay, and then from this there is a ONCE OFF surcharge per person of $100 per adult or $50 per child. Children under 3 yrs stay FREE. The surcharge is not calculated on your auto generated booking response or in online booking however will be reflective in your email response by Kate.

There are no further charges all advertised amenities are included in your rate of stay. .

LINEN HIRE:

Linen hire for your sheets and towels can be arranged for you with a local linen supplier, we provide quilts, quilt covers, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels.
~All 7 night booking over summer school holidays receive complimentary linen hire.

LOCAL AREA:

You will find Smiths Lake 3 hours from Sydney nestled between Seal Rocks and Forster.

Only a short distance to Blueys and Boomerang surf beaches, the glorious Celito beach is just across the sandbar, Elizabeth beach is perfect for families and patrolled during holidays and then for those naturalists amongst us there is the secluded Shellys's beach, truly a hidden secret of the region.

That's 5 beaches within 8 mins. ! Not to mention the beaches to be found a little further a field at Seals Rocks & Forster/Tuncurry area.

The local clubs have restaurants and the local shops will cater for most of your needs with a butcher, baker, general store/newsagent, bottle shop, and café . Pacific Palms Sea Food is only a few minutes away, the perfect place to get your fresh local sea food.

20 minute drive to Forster/Tuncurry.

Pacific Palms, Wallis and Smiths Lake are surrounded by National Parks with secluded pristine beaches. Smiths Lake is separated from the ocean by a natural sand bar and great for all water sports and safe swimming for the kids.
