We have the ideal vacation spot for you! Gorgeous 3 bedroom condo on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico beach, just two miles from Florida border to the east and 2 miles from Gulf Shores, AL to the west, with pools (indoor & out), lazy river, slides, raquetball court, tennis court, fitness room, sauna & conference rooms. Close to water parks, the Wharf with its ferris wheel, shops, restaurants and cinema, great bargain shopping at Foley Outlet Mall, excellent night life and restaurants. Come spend a few days or weeks in this spacious 1,900 sq. ft. 10' ceiling beach front condo. It's on the first floor above the lobby/indoor pool, so you don't need to wait for an elevator, and it's so close to the lazy river that you can almost touch the water. It has a 52" flat screen tv in the living room and 32" tv's in all bedrooms, plus Blue Ray CD/DVD and Boise surround sound stero system.

Roomy condo

Beds were very comfortable, very roomy condo. The extra bathroom was a bonus. Second floor location was handy. The only down side was the condo could use new furniture, not dirty, but the cushions were very thin, beatiful dining room table but chairs need new cushions.

Great location and roomy

This unit was on the 2nd floor which was great when loading and unloading and quick rides on the elevator. Very spacious with 3 large rooms and 4 bathrooms. Much more than we expected.

Great clean property

The property offers a great low level view over the lazy river. Very convenient location to the entry from garage. Also, very nice furniture throughout the unit. The listing does state 2pm check-in however at check in desk I was advised that cleaning crews are delayed due to COVID-19 and that units are running 3-5pm check in. Luckily it was ready by about 3pm so not much of a delay. Also, able to buy up to two of the $30 parking passes and other vehicle needed to be parked at an off premises lot 1/4 mile down the road. (It did seem to be secure)

Great place to stay. Large area for kids to play and a good sized balcony. The only downside was wi-fi. Slow as heck and kept going down. Had to call almost every day to get the router re-set.

Wonderful condo and stay!

Lovely condo on second floor of a high rise Phoenix West. The condo was very clean and had many pots, pans, utensils and Tupperware for cooking in. It even had a crockpot. The location was excellent as we could walk up the stairs and not have to wait for an elevator. Parking was easy and we parked right outside on the same floor as the condo. Phoenix West requires you to purchase parking passes and telephone service which was explained to me by the owner beforehand and I agreed.....there were no surprises. The property is very well thought out and clean. You could buy bags of ice with the swipe of a credit card on the first floor of the garage for your beach ice chest. I saw the janitorial staff cleaning the common bbq areas, lobby and hallways daily. Staff and some of the older guests wore masks. I did not feel crowded and kept my 6ft distance from other guests which was pretty easy. The lazy river was the highlight for the teens and tweens we had with us. My husband was worried about the noise from the river since we were right above it, but we could hear nothing from the folks downstairs. We actually enjoyed watching our kids and the folks having fun in the lazy river from the balcony at night. I think our teens and tweens made more noise playing monopoly then we could hear outside. We also rented beach chairs for a very reasonable price for our stay. Overall, the condo and property were amazing and just what we needed for a get away.

Beautiful condo!!! We had 7 ladies for a weekend, Fri-Sun and it was wonderful!

The condo was immaculate. Plenty of room for 7 adults. The Lazy River is amazing - we all spent a lot of time in it! I highly recommend this condo and the owner was very responsive to my email questions. It was a great ladies mini-vacation!

Great Location

Location and ocean views = excellent Condo management = very, very good The kitchen needs more casserole baking dishes, there is only one. The kitchen also needs more spoons, there are only four. The living room furniture is really dirty. I bought covers.

Beautiful !

This Phoenix condo exceeded my expectations. I have stayed more than once at the PHOENIX WEST 2. I choose this Phoenix as the best. Lazy River was longer and more separated from the slide and children. Kids had lots of play room in the Lazy River, without bothering the adults. Units were full, but wasn't as congested as Phoenix West 2. Have stayed at plenty of condos in Orange Beach. This is the one I choose!!!!

Beautiful Condo in a great development

Very easy to register and book. Owner is responsive and Condo is very well kept. Great place for a quick getaway. One of the favorite experiences we have had at Orange Beach. If you are staying during the season it is worth booking a chair on the beach, requires less equipment to carry back and forth. Would definately recommend this Condo. Only thing odd was the chairs on the patio had no back, but in comparison most condos didn't appear to have furniture at all so it was nice to have a coffee spot and dinner spot outside. The bistro table that is also outside was great.

Great Condo in a gorgeous area

We recently had the pleasure of staying in this gorgeous condo on our first visit to the area. It was perfect for 3 couples with plenty of room for everyone although everyone stayed on the great balcony overlooking the lazy river the whole time!:). The owner is great to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again when we return.
