Views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony as well as comfortable cottage style decor with tile throughout make this 1,357 square foot, two bedroom, two bath sixteenth floor penthouse a renter's favorite.

Fully appointed kitchen includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9 foot ceilings with a generous vaulted ceiling in the living and dining room, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

This was a great property. It’s very nicely furnished and the complex has great access to the beach in a nice pool. We would definitely stay here again.

The view from the balcony was amazing. We would sit there every morning and evening, and enjoy the breeze and view. The unit was very clean when we arrived and had all of the basic needs (don’t forget to pack ziploc bags, extra toilet paper and extra paper towels just in case).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and in good condition. Has a beautiful view and amenities. The only problem I did not like was only one elevator was working, and during our stay the other elevator broke down. So we had to climb 16 flights to the room.

This condo is GORGEOUS!! It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated, while still feeling like home. I will miss the Speed Queen washer and dryer!! We loved the endless views, and short/easy access to the beach. Everything was perfect!! I would 1000% percent stay in this condo again. Book it if you get the chance!!!

The view to the ocean was great, especially looking West down the beach. The condo was clean and updated. We had an issue, but the property management team rectified it within 24 hours. thanks for a great stay.

Great stay at orange beach, convenient location to grocery store. Onsite security guards were all extremely kind. Good amount of parking. Condo as described- if any “criticism” would wish for better kitchen shears, more plates, and more bed linens/blankets- but not a real issue at all. Condo was very clean. Fridge completely wiped out, bathroom tile all white, all bed linens without major blemishes. Pool was excellent- well cleaned despite frequent use by guests. Pleasantly surprised by 2 additional side pools and bigger whirlpool. Went to about 5 ft or so deep. Loved it!My main delight was the really short board walk with direct ocean access. Also pleasantly surprised by how uncrowded our section of the beach was! They also had a very convenient wash/rinse station at the beach gate. My husband did a wish there were more convenient grills placed on the west side, instead of just at the east section. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking!

Loved the location and the property. The unit itself was nice and overall well maintained. It needed a little TLC (ac vent hanging loose, curtain fixed in master, dishwasher leaked), but that is expected. Would stay here again for sure.

Great room, excellent view, and perfect for a week getaway! Location is within walking distance of grocery shopping and restaurants, and desserts!

Would have preferred more assistance with housekeeping, many items were sparse. Cleaning staff either didn’t speak English, or were not with our booking company, so not helpful!We truly enjoy Sea Chase, regardless of those few barriers!

Great unit!

Great stay! Perfect unit for my family of 4. We will rent again. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen. Even had a few beach toys in laundry room.
