LATITUDE 34 is luxury ocean front accommodation and is located in the quaint hamlet of Gerroa. The sea side village of Gerroa is less than a two hour drive from Sydney's CBD and is just 10 minutes away from either Kiama or Berry.

Gerroa is on a headland and is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, as well as rolling hills, farmlands and mountains.

On the south side of Gerroa is stunning Seven Mile Beach, which is surrounded by its own National Park.

You may be lucky and see dolphins swimming in the ocean from the House, as well as whales during the migration season. The sunrise in the morning is just magnificent and sunsets over the mountains have to be seen to be believed!

LATITUDE 34 is luxury in every sense of the word and accommodates up to six people.

The stylish beach house has been created by one of Australias leading Interior Designers and the house presents with a unique contemporary feel. The house is one of the most luxurious beach houses on the South Coast and has been featured in many leading interior design magazines.

You can laze about in the private salt water wet edge pool, enjoy a BBQ, tan on the deck or enjoy cocktails, as the sun sets behind mountains.

Equally you may want to surf, snorkel, dive or swim in front of the house at Shelley Beach, fish off the rocks or enjoy picturesque Seven Mile Beach.

In the evening, marvel at the moon rising out of the ocean and the vast star studded sky is simply breath taking!

KITCHEN:

A fully functioning Chefs kitchen with caesar stone benches and quality appliances including: large Fisher + Paykel electric oven + gas burner hotplates, Miele dishwasher, two refrigerators, Miele microwave oven, expresso machine and ice machine.
The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with quality crockery, glassware and cookware.
We ask you to be extremely careful in the kitchen as the dazzling views of the Pacific Ocean and rolling surf will easily distract you....


SALT WATER WET EDGE POOL:

One of the few Beach houses in Gerroa with a wet edge Pool.
Glass safety fence divides the tiled pool from the house.
The Pool is adjacent to the huge entertaining Deck and also over looks the Pacific Ocean.


ENTERTAINMENT:

Three LCD TVs, DVD player, Sonos System and Bose iPod dock.
An extensive selection of DVDs are provided for your enjoyment.
Board games and books are also available.

ACCOMMODATION:

LATITUDE 34 is a luxury ocean front house which accommodates up to six people.

The house faces north west and has magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean, as well as rolling open fields.


The house is stylish, private and totally for a break and re-charging the batteries!

The large luxurious open plan Living/Dining area and Kitchen captures the stunning Pacific Ocean views.

The modern open plan Kitchen has every conceivable luxury and is exceptionally well appointed with stainless steel Italian appliances.


You can also enjoy one of three plush, large and contemporary Bedrooms.

The master Bedroom is huge and private with its own King size bed, private Lounge area, TV and DVD, Deck and large En-suite.

It overlooks the wet edge Pool and has stunning views of the Pacific will feel like you are on an ocean liner!!

The over size second Bedroom with TV, is also very luxurious and has a comfortable Queen sized bed.

The over size third Bedroom can either be configured as a King sized bed or two extra large Single beds.

ACTIVITIES:

Depending on how you feel, you can do a lot at LATITUDE you can do nothing and simply enjoy the beauty that Gerroa and the South Coast has to offer.


You can relax in the wet edge pool, surf or swim at Shelley Beach or Seven Mile Beach or fish off the rocks! You might like to spot the fossils on the wave cut platforms, fly a kite or kick a ball on the headland.


Or you can walk along Seven Mile Beach or the play Golf at the stunning Golf Course which is minutes away and over looks Walkers Beach. Tennis Courts are also close at hand, if you are feeling very energetic.


You can also enjoy a leisurely day at one of the many local be pampered with a massage and facial at the local day spa.


Or if you are feeling more adventurous, Gerringong, Kiama and its' famous blow hole, Berry, the historic village of Jamberoo and Minamurra Falls National Park are close at hand.


Kangaroo Valley, the Fitzroy Falls, the Southern Highlands, including Bowral and Bundanoon and Jervis Bay are a bit further away and are terrific day trips.

Jervis Bay is about a 45 minute drive south of Gerroa and offers sandy beaches, fishing, dolphin spotting and whale spotting cruises when the whales are migrating up and down the coast.

Or you can stay based at LATITUDE 34 and spot the dolphins and whales from the comfort of the house!

There are numerous craft shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs in the district to explore.


There is a fantastic rustic cafe close to the house that overlooks Seven Mile Beach and the Crooked River, that you can enjoy gourmet meals at. Highly recommended for a long lunch or dinner!
