Uma on Werri is a new designer beach house enviably located at the northern end of Werri Beach.

With seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, Uma on Werri is a glamorous two-story home with multiple living spaces, a kid’s playroom, co-working space, and balconies front and back so you can watch the sunrise from the ocean and sunset over the mountains.

The spacious ground-level kitchen with servery window and butler’s pantry, is flanked by sliding doors opening to a spectacular entertaining terrace. A 4m long teak dining table is the alfresco centrepiece along with a built-in barbecue, bar fridge and custom Caesarstone servery bench.

Stepping-stones lead to the heated 7m x 4m pool and 2m x 2m heated spa and the north end of Werri Beach is a short stroll, so guests can bounce between the pool and ocean.


Uma’s bright and breezy good looks, quality finishes and splashes of colour are guaranteed to lift the mood as guests walk through the door.

Perfect for a mid-week break, weekend getaways for golfing and wine tasting or a longer holiday. *Special permission can be granted for two extra children on rollaway beds at an additional cost. We have two baby cots/highchairs, baby gate, baby bath and step stools that can be supplied on request.
