Arrive via a half mile driveway lined with organic apple trees and friendly deer. This 30 acre farm retreat is just 10 minutes from downtown Gettysburg yet secluded and peaceful, surrounded by wineries, orchards, golf courses, shopping, skiing, antiques, and more.

Sit on your private balcony overlooking the pasture where you’ll see our *horses, donkeys, a Highland cow, pygmy goats, deer, wild turkeys, and other wildlife.

Farm Experience
Guests are welcome to enjoy our rescue animals: horses, donkeys, pygmy goats, barn cats, Highland cow, chickens, ducks, and geese.

Our 6 person hot tub is available as an add on fee. This is by the length of your stay.
2 nights – $150 flat fee

3–5 nights – $200 flat fee
6–8 nights – $250 flat fee
9–11 nights – $300 flat fee

Additional Notes
Dogs welcome ($150 per dog, flat fee). No cats.
Property is professionally cleaned between stays (black light inspections for pet accidents).

As a farm/orchard setting, harmless pests (stink bugs, lantern bugs and, field mice) may occasionally be present despite regular extermination.

Safety: No ATVs or motorbikes permitted.
Cameras: Ring doorbell (front parking area) + exterior camera (driveway).

Checkout procedures required (strip beds, take trash out, put away dishes).

Signed rental agreement required plus Gov. ID. required. The rental agreement is available to view prior to booking.

The Big House is located on the owner's private 30 acre farm along with the owner's residence and two other private vacation rentals.

The pool is indoor and heated year round. That being said the pool room itself does not have a heater however the room warms up naturally once the pool cover is removed because heat and humidity rise off the water. Pool service is done every three days to balance chemicals.

We understand guests may celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions during their stay. However, the property may not be used as a venue for parties, weddings, reunions, receptions, or other events. Only guests listed on the signed rental agreement may be on the property, with a maximum overnight occupancy of 14 guests. Glitter, confetti, and similar decorative materials are prohibited.
