Crescent Cove is a controlled access property located within Palmas Del Mar Resort, a unique beachfront resort. The Villa is on a second level and is steps away from the beach and pool. It has recently been upgraded with new beautiful furniture in Living, dining and Bedrooms. It has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin size beds. 3 full bathroom and 1 half bath. Sleeps 6 and can accommodate small children. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The villa has a 50" TV in the living room and 32" TV's in all 3 bedrooms. It is served by central air conditioning, cable, internet and free Wi-Fi . Spectacular ocean views from the first level balcony, master bedroom and 3rd level balcony.

The villa is walking distance from beach, tennis courts and hotel\casino. A truly relaxing and private retreat. Within the 2,760 acres of the complex you can find two golf courses, 20 tennis courts, 3 miles of beaches, horse back riding, miles of jogging path, fishing, marina, snorkeling and fishing excursions, casino restaurants and stores. Palmas del Mar Athletic passes (PAC) are available when you book this villa. With passes you get discounts for golf, tennis courts. Description misleading

Gosh, I hate to leave bad reviews but we couldn’t wait to leave this place. Not how you want to feel on vacation. The listing said the unit was newly renovated, it wasn’t. There was peeling paint, peeling leather couches, rust on metal items from the humidity. I wipe down the counters whenever I go somewhere and there was lots of hair and dust on the master bathroom counter. The 2 out of 3 of the toilets overflowed, and when we asked for help cleaning the floors from it the owner didn’t respond. Puerto Rico has rolling power outages and unfortunately we also had a loss of power for 12 hours. Other units still had power so I’m not sure if this was an isolated event or they had generators, but it was very inconvenient, especially with 2 small children including a baby. There was also visible mold, which is a big health issue. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Great location and amenities.

Beautiful location which has access to many resort features. The home also had pool toys and beach towels which were well needed. The only thing was the listing made it seem that there were two Queen beds in the last room when it in fact was two single beds which left two of my guests disappointed being that one of them are over 6 feet tall. The shower in that bathroom also had no hot water for our entire stay even after turning the hot water switch on. Besides that the home was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom !!!

Spacious 3 bedroom

We enjoyed being able to walk two minutes to the pool/beach. Everything was as advertised. Beautiful gated community with nice walking trails. The beach was one of the best we’ve walked ion. Also, we liked to lounge on the first and third floor patios in the evening. Definitely would come back.

Nice apartment

Needs a thorough cleaning of the kitchen and updated dinnerware. Too many items in the kitchen cabinets that should be either well cleaned or discarded. The floors of the terraces also need to be scrubbed. The rest of the unit is in good condition and very comfortable. The view from the terraces is outstanding. Would stay again.

A very comfortable and relaxing getaway

We stayed at this villa in Palmas del Mar for a long weekend. Everything was clean, well organized, and we wanted for nothing during our stay (comfortable beds, nice linens/towels, fully stocked and updated kitchen, TVs in every bedroom, WiFi, central A/C, laundry). You can see the ocean/beach from the villa's first floor terrace, which also gets a really nice breeze and shadow in the afternoons. We loved the rooftop deck for private sunbathing and star gazing at night (I was surprised at how visible the stars were even with the surrounding light). Palmas del Mar has absolutely everything you might want (beach, golf, restaurants, bars, walking trails) and it's also relatively close to the San Juan area. The nearby beach is not the greatest but there are others close by, and it's just fine if you want to take a walk, sunbathe or just feel the sand and breathe the sea air. I would absolutely stay there again.

Very Charming!

First time in PR and we ventured into Humacao to stay at this nice villa. The place we stayed at (No. 41) was very charming and we had everything we needed. The pool was viewable from our place and so was the beach although not recommended if you want to swim in it. It's a bit rough. But great for walking. Within the villa there aren't many authentic places to eat, but there are some kiosks about 10 minutes north that were a good find. we also lost power twice. Once at nighttime and once in the am. But it came back on within an hour or so. Apparently this happens occasionally even though there were no storms in the area. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend!

Great place and location. Close to pool and beach. Lots to do, play volleyball or ping pong

Property had everything we needed. I had my whole family here for the month. We visited a couple of the islands and went on a couple of excursions and visited other beaches. The Bohito is a great place to meet people and enjoy a cocktail or some food. The casino is a block away with a ice cream and coffee place next door. Renting a golf cart is the best way to get around. I would highly recommend staying here. I would rate it a five.

Best villa in crecent cove

This villa was heaven on earth, I have stayed on other Crecent Cove villas and they were ok. Nancy was wonderful there wasnt a thing missing form the villa, all details where taken care of. Can wait to come back.

Beautiful property, excellent service!!

The rental is tremendously spacious (3 floors) with a beautiful kitchen and living room. All 3 rooms are really comfortable and have private bathrooms. The apartment is fully equipped! I loved how both the owner and manager not only anticipated our needs, but also exceeded our expectations. Nancy, our contact, was extremely welcoming and accommodating. She's knowledgeable and provided good suggestions for dining and entertainment during our stay. The only thing is that Crescent Cove's pool isn't as deep (approx. 5 feet) as we would have liked, but that's just nitpicking, really. Overall, it's a gorgeous property for a reasonable price. Totally recommended!! :)

Very Nice

This is the third year in a row we have rented this nicely furnished, well-quipped, and well-maintained villa. It is located in one of the nicer 'neighborhoods' within the Palmas del Mar development, literally steps from the beach and convenient to other Palmas del Mar amenities including shops and restaurants. This trip included a para-sailing expedition and a skin diving expedition for the kids, a hike in El Junque Rain Forest Park, and trips to San Juan including the historic El Morro Fortress and shopping in Old San Juan. The agent has always been helpful and attentive in every way and we would recommend this property and this agent highly.

Property was just as advertised, very comfortable with amenities that we expected. Property was clean and well maintained. Very functional with everything we needed as far as kitchen utensils.Location was great with only a short walk to the pool and beach.

Wonderful stay!!!

We traveled to PR the end of May with our extended family (12 of us) and had a wonderful stay in Palmas Del Mar. We stayed in two villas in Crescent Cove, both owned by Nancy. Both villas were very nice, though this review is for the villa I stayed in. Our villa was beautiful, clean and exactly as portrayed in the photos. The location could not have been better, the beach and pool were right there with lounge chairs available, free of charge. Everything that was advertised was provided...beach towels, passes to the Beach Club (only pay for them if you use them) basic spices, etc. We had a minor problem with the AC and Nancy was quick to take care of it, sending a repairman over in the early evening. Having previously lived in the area, I was very aware of the great customer service she was providing. Nancy was also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which worked out well for us since we had early evening flights out. We were happy that we were able to stay and enjoy our last day at the beach rather than having to check-out early in the day. I would most definitely return to stay in this lovely villa and highly recommend it.

Palmas del Mar -- Crescent Cove

We have rented several condo's in various corners of Palmas del Mar over the course of the past five years or so and this three bedroom unit in Crescent Cove is the nicest one of the bunch. All of the rooms are generous in size and very nicely decorated. Two nice balconies. Flat screen televisions with cable in living room and all three bedrooms were crisp and internet worked. Tons of bed and bath linens, nice dishes and flatware, good cookwear and utensils, washer and dryer. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Really, the only minor negative I can think of was the fancy built-in microwave that didn't seem to work as well as the cheap one we have at home. Grounds are well maintained and security staff was around 24/7. The Crescent Cove development is right on a nice stretch of beach, in addition to having a swimming pool and a kiddy pool for the youngest grandson. The kids and grandsons spent most of one day at the beach club, just a few hundred yards up the beach, where there are several pools with water slides and other play equipment. Another day they drove to a jungle zip-line and sea kayak adventure. We all spent another day in picturesque Old San Juan visiting the historic fortress, shopping, and dining. Palmas del Mar has some decent restaurants on site as well as a convenience store with more than basic essentials at not-unreasonable prices. The medium-size city of Humacao is just a few minutes away and has many of the stores and franchise restaurants we are used to in the Chicago area. The rental agent was very nice and all arrangements were straight-forward. When the dining room light switch started sizzling one evening the agent's husband was there the next morning to replace it. All-in-all very nice and we look forward to further rentals through the same agent.
