Villa Pondok Wahyu Sedana is located in Umeanyar Village, a quiet village with beautiful views close to Lovina area. The villa has over 300 m2 of spacious and luxurious indoor and outdoor areas. Stylish and beautiful contemporary furnished and design full of technology. The villa overlooks the Bali Sea and Rice Paddies. The amazing blend of nature coupled with the moderns of the villa adds to the perfect balance of your holiday with tropical weather and luxurious atmosphere.

The space
From a large parking area and carport suitable for two cars, you will be greeted by a lush garden which is suitable yoga, meditation, relaxation and a great area for kids to play. While entering the villa, you will face north and will have a gorgeous view of the Bali Sea. The villa has a nice living area inside both an even better outside with comfortable sofa and outdoor television and surrounded with speaker. The interior and exterior of the villa are designed by talented designers and feature stylish elegance with a modern and high-tech touch.

Villa Pondok Wahyu Sedana has two en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts spectacular and relaxing views over the rice paddies and out to the ocean. As you’d expect, both bedrooms have a smart TV and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink. A large open space with sliding glass doors leading to the terrace makes the most of the beautiful scenery, and the cozy sitting and dining areas lead to the dazzling sea.

You’ll love the infinity pool area, with its private sun lounge, sit back and relax on the terrace’s comfortable sun loungers – later in the day, enjoy the amazing view of the Bali Sea, mountains and watch the farmers work on the rice paddies. There is a large outdoor dining area and a relaxing lounge area, a barbecue grill area and dining facilities. The villa has a lot of extra facilities including a Jacuzzi on top of the gazebo with a majestic 180 degree view, fully equipped luxury kitchen, large living space indoor and outdoor, high-speed internet covering in all the areas – perfect for streaming your favorite series, movie or for work. Two en-suite bathrooms and a guest restroom are provided here. Both living areas (indoor and outdoor) are complimented with 50 inches SMART-TV’s and wireless surround sound system throughout the whole villa (bedroom, living room, terrace and kitchen). Also does the villa have a large gazebo which is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying a wonderful view of the Bali Sea and rice paddies.

Villa mit einer einzigarten Aussicht aufs Meer

Wir verbrachten 3 Wochen in dieser tollen Villa. Die Meersicht und die ganze Aussicht sind wirklich einzigartig. Die Villa ist grosszügig und modern eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber. Der Pool ist wunderbar zum Schwimmen, nur ein paar Schritte von der Terrasse. Die Terrasse bietet sehr viel Schatten und Sitzgelegenheiten mit einer bequemen Lounge und eine grossen Esstisch. Das ganze Leben spielt sich in dieser Villa draussen ab - so wie wir es uns immer vorstellen im Süden ! Es hat einen tollen Pavillon zum Liegen und Relaxen und als Höhepunkt ist auf dem Dach noch ein Jaccuzzi. Wir hatten ein tolles Staff-Team : Ayu, Housekeeping und Köchin, hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und sehr gute Mahlzeiten für uns zubereitet. Edi, der Gärtner, schaut täglich, dass der Pool, der Jaccuzzi und der riesige Garten rund um die Villa ausgezeichnet in Ordnung sind. Und Made, der Securitas, ist ebenfalls unglaublich hilfsbereit und hat uns jeden Abend das Tor geöffnet, geschlossen und ebenfalls das Türschloss bei der Villa für uns entriegelt. Dann ist hier noch Komang, der Manager, der ebenfalls für Exkursionen und alle anderen Anliegen der Villa jederzeit für uns erreichbar war. Herzlichen Dank für die 3 wunderschönen Wochen in dieser eihzigartigen Villa! Und nicht vergessen : Unbedingt ins 10th table-Restaurant nach Lovina zum Dinner gehen - ausgezeichnete Speisen und einzigartiges Ambiente! Ebenfalls für Dinner und Luch können wir sehr empfehlen das Nalika-Beach-Restaurant,

Honeymoon life changing.

Breath taking, are the only words to describe this Villa. The entire stay from beginning to end. The staff was incredible. The housekeeper and chef Ayu was the highlight of the vacation. Our concierge Pak, was over the top as a host. Ouur driver and security were great. We were there 3 weeks and were sad to leave.
