New Construction Log home, beautiful home with boat slip

This home is a new construction log home, beautifully decorated to make you feel at home. This 3 bedrooms 3 bath home has a lot to offer. Master Bedroom and Master Bath located on the main level. Bedroom 2 located in loft area with beautiful view of the living area. The 3rd bedroom is located downstairs with its own living area, bathroom and laundry room The home is also equipped with a custom built laundry chute making hassle free laundry. Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances as well as granite counter tops. Breakfast bar area for meals as well as small dinette table and chairs. Master bathroom has ceramic tiled shower and whirlpool tub. This home also offers a large screened in porch area with TV. The front deck also offers an area for family and friends to gather and enjoy the beautiful Kentucky sunsets. The ground floor patio area also offers the 3rd area for grilling and relaxing.

If you wish to use the indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit you must bring your own wood

Home offers a 6 person hot tub under a covered gazebo.

This home is located close to public boat ramp and has use of 1 community boat slip for renters.

Absolutely NO pets!

Check in at 4 pm and check out at 11am

Price quote is for 6 people, it is an extra $25 per person per night for guests 7 and 8

We also have another cabin available for additional space which is walking distance. Which is listing number 7794112.

We have also placed in a new electric car charger

We will decorate for holidays as request.

The cabin was great, hot tub was clean and well maintained, very private location, and owner was easy to communicate with if there were issues, but we didn’t have any problems at all.

What a wonderful place for our family. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend to anyone that is looking for a place to stay. Great communication from the host. Very clean and we loved the screened in porch down the side of the house.

Nice Cabin

Cabin is well laid out for up to 3 families. Great screened in porch with fans and comfortable chairs. The kitchen is well very equipped. We had absolutely everything we needed.

Great Getaway With Friends

We had a very enjoyable stay, enjoyed meals and hanging out on the screened in side porch. Very quiet setting and loved seeing several deer pass nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Long weekend with friends!

The cabin is lovely!My husband and I are from Louisville and Lake Barkley was the perfect meeting spot for us to meet up with our friends from St.Louis(2 couples). The cabin accommodations were perfect for us, each couple had their own floor. We all really enjoyed the large front porch with six rocking chairs, great spot for sipping morning coffee. We cooked dinner two nights and found everything we needed in the very well stocked kitchen. We used the grill one of the nights and enjoyed being able to sit outside on the bottom patio for a cocktail while the fellas cooked! The upper level also offers a large screened in porch with a dining table and chairs where the six of us enjoy breakfast and dinner. All three nights of our stay we had a great time hanging out and chatting by the fire pit! We had one tiny issue with the hot tub not warming up but after a quick email to Patty, who made a call to the hot tub guy, it was fixed within minutes!! We really appreciated how quickly she responded and corrected the problem. We rented a pontoon during our stay from Moon River, just 3 minutes down the street which was very convenient. Thank you to April for her help during our booking and a big thank you to Patty for sharing her beautiful cabin in the woods! We hope to stay again the future!

Beautiful front porch & fully stocked kitchen

We had an awesome stay. Highly recommend this place! The house is beautiful and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make meals from home. We enjoyed the large front porch and the hot tub. Plus, it's just a short walk down to the water. We used the boat slip and had a great time out on Lake Barkley. Would love to stay here again!

Very stunning cabin impeccably designed and clean. We were all in love with this place from the moment we walked into the cabin. This cabin fit our needs with the homeowners attention to details to ensure their visitors stay is a terrific experience.We had an issue with the A/C unit in which the homeowner swiftly took action to fix it.Our group enjoyed the serenity of the woods and all of the wonderful amenities that the cabin offers. We left our weekend so relaxed and rejuvenated.

Beautiful and Serene

This cabin is so beautiful and we have fallen in love with this area of Kentucky. This our second time staying in this cabin and it won't be our last. April and Patty are so friendly and accommodating. The cabin was decorated beautifully for Christmas and my family made wonderful memories that we will always cherish. Just like our first stay, we found the cabin very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet so enjoying the multiple outside areas is a nice reprieve from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We got to watch multiple deer walk through the property, listen to the birds sing, and just have a very relaxing family vacation.

So much Fall Break Fun

Beautiful Cabin!! It’s fully stocked with everything imaginable!! Quiet and peaceful location...We loved the hot tub and roasting marshmallows over the fire pit! Amazing porches with one being screened in!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent Stay at Log Home

The log home was exactly as described. Excellent communication with the owner. The home was well stocked with supplies. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the screened in cozy porch. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy after a day out on the lake.

Excellent cabin

Great weekend trip!

Beautiful home and the hosts were gracious and kind! We had such a great time. Patty was very sweet and checked in on us several times.we had 3 boys (4, 7, 10) and they all had a blast on the property catching frogs and running around! Very close to everything we wanted to do.

Exceptional!

Absolutely amazing! This place has everything you could ask for and more. It is more like a shared home than a rental property. It has everything you need, just bring food and drinks. The owner, Patty is a fabulous host and is there to help with anything you need. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again. when in the area.

Beautiful Cabin and Relaxing Location

This cabin is so beautiful, well maintained, and furnished with everything you need to have a relaxing stay. The outdoor spaces allow for multiple locations to unwind, especially the screened-in porch. Pattie (the owner) is so friendly and welcoming. The pride she takes in her beautiful cabins is evident and she strives to ensure her guests feel welcomed and have everything they need. We loved our stay so much, we are planning another trip to Cadiz this fall and are planning to rent this cabin again.
