Phenomenal location and great accommodations!

We loved our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, the views were great, and the proximity to restaurants was awesome! Communication with Jackie beforehand was consistent and appreciated, especially because we needed to register for parking passes before we arrived. Iā€™m forgetful on things like that, and she ensured that I did not forget so that our check-in would go smoothly.

We enjoyed being able to walk to Pier Park. The condo was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable beds. We did not interact with Property Management for any reason. Liked no checking in, just go straight to the unit.

Amazing!

This place was FANTASTIC! Mrs. Jackie was wonderful! She went above and beyond for us leading up to our stay and also during it! This place was very convenient being near all of the stores so you wonā€™t have to venture off too far! The beach chairs that were included were definitely a plus while having to wrangle a toddler, beach bag, and cooler onto the beach! The condo also has amazing views of the gulf! We will definitely be booking with her again next summer!

Five Star Property

Check in was so easy . This property and property manager definitely earned a 5 star rating. Beautifully decorated , updated and very clean . This property is centrally located between all entertainment. Parking was secure and easily accessible. The property is just steps from the sand . We will definitely be staying here again.

Great Stay / Location

My stay at this property was awesome, from my arrival to leaving. Jackie was a great host, she even called to ensure everything would be ok when I arrived. Upon departing I accidentally locked myself out of the room, Jackie was available via one call. She was able to give me a temp code to gather my things without hassle. The room was clean, spacious and had everything needed for the stay. I especially like that she had toys, coloring books and games for the little ones. I will definitely recommend this condo and stay here in the future!

July 4th Getaway

Has a great view. Could see string rays in the mornings in the ocean. Appliances were modernized. Rooms were spacious. Master bedroom has an awesome walk in closet. Emerald Hub under parking garage had great food and reasonable prices. The master bedroom mattress was a little firm for our taste, but after a long day at the beach it didnā€™t matter. The bunkbed does tend to squeak a lot when one rolls over when scared my 5year old. So we placed her in the other room with our other child. Overall was great. Already telling my husband we need to rebook but stay longer!!!

Great location!

This was our first visit to PCB. We were pleased with the setting of the condo, although the parking is inconvenient (across the street and on a different level). The beachfront view was very nice! The pool was large and relatively warm during early March. My kids were bummed that there was no hut tub, but they survived. We had no issue getting our beach chairs reserved for the entire week. Inside the condo the set-up was good. The king and queen bedrooms were very comfortable; not so much for the bunks in the kids room. My kids actually chose to use the pull-out couch and air mattress rather than sleeping in the bunk room. We are used to having bedside fans when we stay in the south, however this unit did not supply those. By day 2 we hit up Walmart because we were already out of toilet paper. Coffee pods are not supplied, but there is a Keurig. I ran the dishwasher at least once a day because there wasnā€™t a ton of dishes for my large family. With that being said, although the unit lacked a couple of comfort things that Iā€™m accustomed to, I still felt like I got a good deal and was happy with my stay. Oh! Great sand toys, extra beach chairs, etc in the laundry closet too - my kids enjoyed those. All in all we were sad to leave PCB and our stay in this condo. Would stay again.

I arrived a few days before the sisters flew in to be ready for their arrival. I love the Calypso and had stayed there many times. This was the first time renting a larger condo. All was fine.

Beautiful and spacious condo

We enjoyed our vacation at Calypso. The condo was spacious and allowed our family to have enough room to relax. There were plenty of beach toys and chairs/umbrella there to use. This condo is located a short walk from pier park and we loved the convenience. The only downside we encountered was, though the unit comes with a set of beach chairs and an umbrella you still had to get up early every day to go ā€œclaimā€ your units set. You couldnā€™t reserve the same set of loungers/umbrella for the week. This was very inconvenient to have to wake up early and beat the rush down to the chair personelle to get a decent seat daily. Some days they even sold out. They also say no tents in front of the chairs but they donā€™t enforce that. So unless you want seats truly water front you need to get up early 6-6:30am and take your own chairs and umbrella down and claim a spot. The guys/girls that run the chairs are great, very friendly, helpful and work hard!! But since they built the third tower there just isnā€™t enough beach front to accommodate everyone. It was extremely crowded and you basically had to step through peoples space to get to the water.

Loved it!!!

We have stayed in PCB several times. This condo was, by far, our favorite! The location was PERFECT!! The view was amazing, the resort was great! The owner did provide beach side service (two chairs & an umbrella) as the description says. There was A TON of beach supplies in the closet. We used the pool several times, both were cleaned daily & plenty big that the crowd didnā€™t bother us. The elevator wait times werenā€™t bad at all! I do suggest bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels & trash bags. They only provided one of each. If youā€™re staying a week, bring detergent to wash towels or bring extra bath towels.
