Wake up each morning to breathtaking water views at our professionally decorated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa in Marathon, FL. This newer unit offers a spacious 1,800 square feet layout, perfect for family gatherings. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms.

The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and a queen pullout couch, all equipped with memory foam mattresses.

Step outside to your private oasis, complete with a heated pool (during winter) and a tiki-shaded sitting area. Spend your days fishing from the 32' dock or relax while the family swims in the pool. Cook your fresh catch on the BBQ gas grill or dine at nearby restaurants.

Included with your rental are 2 tandem kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and 4 adult bikes. A quick 5-minute ride will take you to Sombrero Beach via the bike path, where you can enjoy the sand and sun. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler for your convenience. The dock is perfect for fishing, where you can catch Tarpon, Mangrove Snappers, Yellowtail, nurse sharks, and catfish.

For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior cameras to ensure security.

Amazing House with So Many Amenities

We couldn’t have picked a better vacation house in Marathon. It was super clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and had so many amenities! We loved having use of the pool, tiki hut, hammock, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and fishing poles. The canal is beautiful, and it was so nice to just sit out in backyard and relax. There’s plenty of great restaurants and things to do nearby. Key West is just an hour drive. We never got bored or ran out of things to do! The owners are very friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have had a better trip!

What a great place to stay

This home was wonderful to stay in. Has everything you would need for a long or short stay. Dennis was amazing and a great guy. We will stay here again next year

Excellent Property

Excellent property with everything you need for a week in Marathon. The owners are responsive and thoughtful. They even included a turkey roasting pan, wine, and chocolates as a nice thanksgiving touch. Will definitely visit again!

Fantastic place!

We had four couples and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house was very equipped with everything we could ask for, probably the best one so far. We have been coming to Marathon for 8 years and I can say this was the best place so far. Thank you and we will be back.

Great place with all you need+

Blue Breeze is a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and is loaded with extras. Super people to deal with. They even brought around bagels and cream cheese on morning. Hope we can return in the future.

Spring break in marathon

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Breeze. Isabel was wonderful to work with. Excellent communication and we felt very welcome. The house was clean and had plenty of everything that we needed. The outdoor area was definitely the best of all of the houses around. We enjoyed it immensely and would rent again.

Best Vacation Rental We’ve Ever Booked!

This home made our stay in the FL Keys over the top! The checkin/out process was simple, communication with the owner was very responsive, and the amenities & perks available were beyond expectation! We had 6 people in our family and all had comfortable accommodations and plenty of room for the 5+ days we were there. We spent serval days hanging around the house and didn’t feel pressured to have to be on the go or eat out for every meal. The neighborhood is quiet, laid back and safe.

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

We so enjoyed our vacation in Marathon, FL. This house is beautifully furnished and very well appointed. Everything you could ever think of was provided. Beds and furniture were comfortable and everything was very clean. Great view, pool and patio! Lots of outdoor living spaces. We took advantage of the kayaks and bikes. Great stay. Highly recommend. Hope to return. Cheers!

Wonderful family trip

Great house with plenty of room to spread out! The master bedroom is so spacious! The house is fully stocked with everything you would need. The kids loved the pool and all the water activities. They do charge for parking at sombrero beach now which was a bummer. They also close the gates right after sundown so be sure to get off the beach on time. Other than it was a wonderful location.

Home away from home plus

This rental is truly outstanding! The owners thought of everything and more. The house is beautifully decorated and kitchen has high end appliances. The washer and dryer were such an extra perk. The owners had extra touches, such as, soaps, shampoo, storage bags, cleaners, kitchen had everything you needed, even a lime juicer! Outside pool and furniture were great. The tiki hut was great for the afternoon heat. The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit. I highly recommend Blue Breeze, it was amazing

Amazing family vacation

We had 6 adults and 3 children age 12. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The location is amazing we biked to Sombrero beach in less than 10 minutes. The kitchen has most everything you will need to prepare any meal. The grill was in great shape very large and easily met all of our needs. The pool was great and the outdoor seating and dining area worked great. The extra fridge and freezer outside made the space even better. It is walking or biking distance from anything you might need during your stay. We rented a boat and the dock space was very easy to use and plenty large for a decent sized boat. Overall we had a perfect family Christmas vacation. And I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough

Great property, great location

Our family of 6 adults and two children (ages 3 and 4) thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay. We had plenty of room. The deck off the living room was perfect play spot for the kids and a relaxing spot to read and visit. We took advantage of the paddle boards, kayaks, and swimming pool, while eating several group dinners at the large dining table under the deck. Dennis was highly responsive to emails and the check-in/check-out instructions were easy to follow. The property is close to a small beach (where we launched the kayak), two grocery stores, many other shops, and a host of places to eat. Activities such as the Dolphin Research Center and Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters were a few minutes drive. The fish cleaning station was a real plus. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends and would definitely rebook it.

Don't miss out! Book this one!

You cannot go wrong choosing this house for your family. First, we enjoyed the location. Marathon is a great mid-point to explore all of the Keys. Also, Publix was right nearby, as well as tons of restaurants and other shopping. At the same time that you are in the heart of the action, the property still maintains a quiet feel. We loved having our own pool, kayaks, and bikes, and being so close to Sombrero Beach. The house itself is beautiful. Everything is clean and brand new, and the beds were all comfortable. We cooked a good bit during the week we stayed, and the kitchen had everything we need. The owner, Isabel, was quite attentive and had all of our needs in mind from the date we booked. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one wins! We truly felt like we were staying a our own private resort. Can't wait to go back!

Everything you need!!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at Blue Breeze! Our group of nine highly recommends this property!! The owner seriously thought of everything! We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years in the Keys and Blue Breeze had it all...Bikes, tandem kayaks, paddle boards, bag toss game, pool float toys, extra main level fridge/freezer, lots of board games/cards, very nice cushioned pool lounge chairs, blue tooth speaker, plenty of beach towels and bath towels, beautiful canal location, convenient to Sombrero Beach, grocery stores, restaurants...the list goes on! The is our absolute favorite property by far! When we arrived, the home was meticulously clean! Every bathroom had soap, shampoo and conditioner and the pantry shelf was stocked with garbage bags, ziplock bags, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, coffee filters, etc. We could start relaxing as soon as we arrived! The beds/pillows/linens were super comfortable, too! Isabel was amazing...totally responsive and above-and-beyond helpful! We will be returning to this property for sure!!

Magnificent in Marathon

Can’t say enough about this property. It is exactly how it is described and more. The amenities are endless. No detail was overlooked in making sure you have all the things you might have forgotten about or didn’t even think of-things like zip lock bags, bug spray, aloe and sun block, spices for cooking, make up remover wipes, shaving cream-the list goes on. The home itself is well maintained and beautifully decorated. It is well laid out, offering privacy areas if needed but an open concept so you can be included if you are cooking in the kitchen. It has a great deck to relax on and overlooks the canal and the sunsets-was also great in the morning to drink your coffee and wake up. Beds were super comfortable and had extra blankets/pillows if needed. This was a family vacation (total of 7 adults-aged 22-54) and there was something for everyone to do. Kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, fishing tackle, life preservers, corn hole were all there to take advantage of. Dock is great to fish off from or dock your boat if you have one. We did visit Key West for a day and also stopped at Robbie’s to feed the tarpon -highly recommend-my adult kids had no interest but came to appease me and they ended up truly loving this! The owners were great to work with. They responded quickly if you had a question and returned our security deposit very quickly. Isabel even took the time to send a message to let us know there was a strong thunderstorm that was moving towards Marathon and to be safe. I’m a bit of a hotel snob when I vacation and Blue Breeze met all my expectations and more. I highly recommend staying here if you want to visit the keys. It’s centrally located, close to a beach, close to shopping, spacious and homey. Isabel and Dennis have made their vacation home a real treat to stay at. We will be back.

Because our family is growing with our grand kids, we decided to purchase a place that we could all get together and enjoy the summer. With this property we are able to do that as well as share it with others.

The sunsets are just beautiful as are the late afternoon under the tiki getting the breeze off of the water. The location of the property itself is wonderful. We have everything very close by but at the same time we don't feel like the we are surrounded by a crowd. We provide the basics in the house at a minimum. We are so thankful that we found this outstanding property.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Because the home sits on the "T" of the canal, we have a wonderful view, we are able to get to the lagoon very quickly and have great fishing off of the dock. In addition the breeze we get year round is outstanding and makes for a relaxing time. The bike/jogging path in front of the property also allows us to bike ride with the grand kids and feel pretty safe along the road to Sombrero Beach or to Publix.
