We have resident wallaby's, grazing on our lawn at dusk.

In the cooler months, apartments are north facing sunlit living space warmed with a very effective heat pump.
We have for elderly guests, shower chair, walker.

All apartments have a large bathroom with separate bath and shower, parking at the door.
We manage 4 apartments so if we are not available make an inquiry as we could be flexible.

Perfect Accommodation

This is our 3rd time staying at this property. It has beautiful views of the Tamar Valley, it's well appointed and clean and tidy. We will stay here again on our next visit.

well designed for holiday accommodation. The living area was open and spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom a delight. The apartment was dark at night and despite being above a main road very quiet.

Peaceful location with stunning views

Really enjoyed my stay, the apartment was very cosy and warm, clean and with modern fixtures and furniture, including a good quality flatscreen tv. The apartment has the most beautiful view over the valley. The bed was super comfortable and the room was lovely and dark to sleep in. Plenty to see and do in the immediate area. Highly recommend this accommodation for a couple or someone on their own.

Great Location

The property was exactly as described, spacious and comfortable, easy access and parking. Lovely view over the Tamar River, close to supermarket and not too far from Launceston. An ideal base for exploring and relaxing. As mentioned by others the road below is quite busy but it certainly didn't bother us. This is probably reflected in the price which we thought very reasonable for a seven night stay. We're not into wine but the location is certainly a bonus if you are!

Lost Booking

Booked and paid deposit in Feb for a Dec holiday. Luckily I contacted the owner to find a final payment date, and she had no booking record, and no vacancies. She did however refund our deposit promptly. It was a shame as the area looked lovely, and we had to pay an extra $500 to book accommodation with short notice.

Lovely apartment/cabin with stunning views across the Tamar valley. Distillery and wnery ne t door with excellent tour and tasting session. Beautiful and changeble scenery throughout the area from.lush pastures to forests and scrub.Ideal place as a base to explore.

Fantastic location, beautiful view. The apartment has everything you need, so comfortable, clean an.

We had a wonderful stay. Well situated to visit Launceston and the Tamar Valley. The apartment (No 10) was clean, really well set up and so relaxing. The spa bath was a lovely extra. All the linen, towels etc are of a high standard. A great place that we hope to visit again.

Superb Restful Apartment

This Superior King Tamar Ridge Aptmnt 7, gave us a wonderful relaxing stay at the end of a busy time travelling Tasmania. An excellent location with superb views down and across the Tamar River. It was just what we needed, out of the City of Launceston yet only 15 minutes drive to the City Centre and back into all Launceston has to offer. With a very good smaller Legana Shopping Centre only 5 minutes away, which has a very modern Woolworths, Caltex petrol and shops, Chemist etc this Tamar Ridge Apartment is so well positioned for the things we all like, yet when we turned into the little road into the Tamar Ridge Winery, we were back into the bush and the peace and quiet of a lovely place to just stop and really rest. Our apartment was very well appointed, spotless and the most beautiful bathroom, with a lovely bath and the best separate shower we'd experienced on our 20 day self drive. Our towels were so good, thick and absorbent, just like we love them to be and the bed for both of us was SO comfortable, firm but yet that soft comfort feel when sinking into it. TV was very good, late model with extras and the Wi-Fi responded very well for our phones and tablets! Being situated high ,looking over the vineyard, into farm paddocks it was wonderful to see each morning developing, with the contrasts on the water of the Tamar River, just so relaxing and such soul food after a lovely nights' sleep. Impressive to be in grounds and visit, sit on the balcony of, is the Tamar Ridge Winery, home to the wonderful Tamar Ridge Pinoir Noir, Pinot Gris and the 2015 Pinot Noir Reserve and it's just 5 minutes to walk from the Apartment to the lovely Winery. We did morning explores, Matthew Brady look-out is just 3 minutes drive north and the west side of the Tamar awaits you from Greens Beach, Beauty Point (see the lovely revamped hotel there), the water drive down to the Rosevears Hotel, then 5 minutes back to Tamar Ridge Winery for a demi Pinot Gris and a cheese platter for lunch ( they may do a $15 one, just enough for two ). Then off again in the afternoon to visit Launceston, or see Evandale or be at Woolmers before 1:30 to experience their Centre and the 2pm tour of the Woolmers Home with Helen ( a must do - take time to explore after), these can all be done comfortably and nicely from Tamar Ridge apartments! Enjoy the serenity of for your TV and a good rest ready for your next days explore! - We'll definitely be back !! Thanks for muffins Joanne!
