Jolly Sands – Family Stay Opposite Beach Reserve

Summary:

Situated opposite the beach reserve, Jolly Sands is a relaxed single-level Tuross Head home for families and friends. It has three bedrooms, a fenced rear yard, a covered outdoor area and a garage games space with pool table. The rear gate leads to the playground, while beach access and the coastal walking and cycling path are just across the road. Linen and bath towels are supplied, with off-street parking for a car or boat.



The Space:

Jolly Sands is a comfortable single-level home with three bedrooms for a maximum of six guests.



Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and direct access to the spacious two-way bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds. Bed linen and bath towels are supplied.



The living and dining areas connect with the well-equipped kitchen, providing a practical space for families and friends to relax together.



The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, second shower and additional toilet. A portable cot and highchair are also available.



Outside, enjoy the covered entertaining area and fenced, gated rear yard. The garage includes a pool table and space for storing fishing equipment, kayaks, bicycles and surfboards. Off-street parking is available for a car or boat.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the home, covered outdoor area, fenced rear yard and garage games space.



Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Final arrival and access details are sent before the stay once the required guest-registration process has been completed.



Guests may choose convenient self check-in, or an in-person welcome may be available by prior arrangement during business hours.



Early check-in or late check-out may be available as an optional extra, subject to adjoining bookings, housekeeping and maintenance requirements. Availability can be confirmed 24 hours beforehand.



The Neighborhood:

Jolly Sands is positioned opposite the Tuross Head beach reserve and coastal walking and cycling path.



The rear gate provides convenient access to the neighbouring children’s playground. Tuross Head’s village shops, beaches, lakes and waterways are also nearby for swimming, fishing, kayaking, cycling and relaxed coastal walks throughout the year.



Getting Around:

The beach, reserve, playground and coastal pathway are easily reached on foot. Off-street parking is provided for a car or boat when exploring the broader Tuross Head area.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION



• Non-smoking property.

• No parties, events or group bookings.

• Sorry, pets are not permitted.

• Maximum occupancy is six guests, including adults and children. Guest numbers must match the confirmed booking.

• Additional guest charges apply when more than four guests are booked.

• Please bring beach towels and toiletries.

• A non-refundable booking fee of $55 applies.

• A refundable $500 security deposit applies by card pre-authorisation.

• A seven-night minimum stay applies during Peak Season.



GUEST REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION



After booking confirmation, the Booking Guest will receive a link to the Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. It must be completed within 24 hours and requires acceptance of the Booking Terms and valid photo identification. Access information may be withheld until these requirements are completed.



CANCELLATIONS



For direct bookings, the cancellation deadline is 4:59 pm, property local time, 60 days before arrival when the booking includes any night in Peak Season—18 December to 31 January inclusive—and 30 days before arrival for all other stays.



Cancellations received by the applicable deadline are refunded according to the Booking Terms, less the non-refundable booking fee and a $150 cancellation fee. After the applicable deadline, 50% of the accommodation fee is payable and the booking fee remains non-refundable.
