Own your own vineyard for a really decadent escape!

There is only one Upper Reach Cottage
- so youā€™ll be the only guests on the 20 acre vineyard!
Your privacy is assured.

Our cottage dates from 1907 and has been completely refurbished to offer everything you need for the perfect weekend away; log fire, deck, barbeque, spa and sweeping views over the vineyard.

The two large bedrooms make this cottage perfect for two couples or a family with children. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with luxurious 1000 thread count sheets, the second bedroom has a double bed, all with Sheridan linen.


The living room has two comfortable leather sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo as well as a log fire. This room leads into the kitchen/dining area, with an antique dining table and fully equipped kitchen, including fan forced oven, gas stove top, full-size fridge and microwave.

The large, classic bathroom has a large corner spa bath and walk-in shower, the toilet is in a separate room.

Outside the deck overlooks the vineyard, there is a gas BBQ as well as an outdoor lounge for you to while the day away on, an excellent spot to take in the sunset.

Luxuriate in the cottageā€™s spa or relax with a glass of Upper Reach wine on the deck, overlooking your vines.

There is ample free parking for 3 cars behind the cottage.

Immerse yourself in the Swan Valley, you are right in the heart of the valley with all of the breweries, chocolate factories, honey farms, wildlife parks and of course wineries.

You deserve a break to re-charge & re-vitalise yourself!

Have a long, lazy lunch then wander up to the cottage to revel in the view of the vineyard from the deck, glass of Fizz in hand.
As the evening draws in, curl up in front of the fire with a friend and bottle of Shiraz.

Great hosts and very comfortable cottage

We were well supported by our hosts especially when the power went off due to a storm for a few hours. The cottage was comfortable and clean - a few minor maintenance matters require attention noting the age of the cottage. This did not impact our enjoyment of the cottage. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

The Ultimate Weekend Getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed the ultimate weekend getaway at the Upper Reach Spa Cottage. Wonderful customer service and friendly staff. So easy to book through Stayz. The Cottage is a delight. Very spacious as well as clean, homely and cosy. Lovely kitchen with everything we needed. The bathroom is very big. Throughly enjoyed soaking in the spa bath after a 2 hour bike ride. Plenty of hot water too. The queen size bed with luxury bedding was so comfortable. Enjoyed a very relaxing movie night, sprawled out on a comfortable couch each, in front of the cosy log fire. Would Highly recommend. Had breakfast at the Broad restaurant on Sunday morning before we booked out, and we're so glad we did. My husband and I both agreed that it was the best breakfast we've ever had. (We eat out alot). The food was sensational! I had the pork dish and my husband had the Broad breakfast. The coffee is also one of the best we've had too. We're taking the whole family back there for Sunday breakfast next week. Our new favourite spot. Thank you, thank you, thank you for the ultimate weekend getaway.

Location is amazing, the property is so nice but could use a serious clean

Cottage was gorgeous location breathtaking but sadly filthy. No log in the fire for the ā€˜cozy evening inā€™ as expected. Had to give the spa bath a good clean before hopping in. Shower had mould in grout and hair stuck to the wall. Old food on the floor, makeup on the bed sheets. A little disappointing as if cleaned up our stay would have been 10/10

Wine and food lovers' delight

So private and a genuine gem after our 12 day journey from Broome. Being adopted by the owner's retriever made it more special, as did the wood fire on a chilly night and huge kitchen! We wil be back next time we are in WA.

Great Getaway

We booked two nights at the cottage to enjoy a getaway in the Swan Valley. We felt really relaxed surrounded by the vines of Upper Reach Winery and the cottage contained everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and had high quality linen. The owners of the property were welcoming in their email correspondence. Although unseasonably cold it was lovely sitting out on the deck enjoying the sunset. The cottage is a great option for locals and tourists alike as it makes a perfect base for exploring the food and wine delights of the region.

Wonderful stay, beautiful spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect spot to explore the Swan Valley but also a peaceful spot out of the rush and noise. Enjoyed the deck overlooking the vineyard, free wine tasting, meeting lovely Laura, relaxing in the spa and in front of the fire. Well equipped self contained house with lots of room and even has pantry items you can use. We were able to get a second bed in the second bedroom so the kids didn't have to share a bed. Highly recommended for families or couples.
