We love this area and this particular building. The accommodations were perfect and the views were spectacular. The host was very responsive to a question I had. The bed was actually comfortable! We will book this unit again, and if it were ever to go on the market, I would totally be interested!

This is our second time staying at this condo. We loved the area and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The condo was very clean and well stocked with all that we needed. My favorite was watching the sunrise from the balcony. The host was easily accessible especially when we accidentally forgot our entrance key

This was a beautiful unit in the heart of Downtown Cocoa Beach. Everything was within walking distance with lots of entertainment. We would definitely love to stay here again.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time in Cocoa Beach celebrating her 21st birthday with a girls trip. We stayed at Mark’s condo on the beach and it was perfect!

This is the best location. Live music, bars, restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed everything about this place. They had beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and sand toys for your use. Beautiful views and very safe. The inside was beach decorated and comfortable. Communication with owner was super easy and he was very helpful. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful time

The condo was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen had ample pots and pans that were really nice. The view was spectacular. We stayed three weeks and I wish we could’ve stayed three months. great- even in the rain!

We learned this week that if we had to be at the beach in what turned out to be a historically cold, windy, and rainy week that well-- its still the beach and this is an OK place to be. The unit itself was comfy, warm, well-equipped (even the TV was easy to use), and regardless of the weather-- offered spectacular ocean views! The weather did not allow for space launches this week, but we enjoyed watching the cruise ships come and go and were amazed by those brave folks who surfed in the waves ...The balcony is covered so we could sit out there in the rain and still be dry. The location couldn't be better..we were close enough to good restaurants (Coconuts was a fav), excellent pizza (Mimmo's), coffee shops (Foxtail), breakfast (Whisk and Grind, IHop), grocery stores, and things to do inside (The Wizard of Oz museum was fun) ... So even tho we really missed that Florida sunshine - we enjoyed our stay at this condo

Overall great place to stay.

My only complaint was the cleanliness. There was dirty towels on the back of the master bathroom door, left over shampoo and conditioner in the shower floor, didn’t look like the shower had been cleaned. Their was also a sausage, egg and cheese bagel that was left in the microwave that had mold growing on it. With that being said I would defiantly stay again. We were able to watch 2 Space X rocket launches that came right over the top of us. The view of the beach is amazing.

Better Than Expected!

From the communication with owner Mark; to the detailed instructions on how to enter; the secure parking garage; the overall security of the building; the VIEW from a very generous sized balcony, with sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom; it felt like home away from home and there were so many things we just loved. You will not regret selecting this property and we will be back! Thank you!!

Outstanding place for a beach vacation!

The location was great (downtown Cocoa Beach) yet not so congested or busy like the big city. Although the building is a bit older, the renovated pool looks good and they are repainting the exterior and some new windows in the underground parking garage. We had some troubles with the old garage door opener but they do have an inside manual door button in case you can't get the opener remote to work. The condo was very nice, views are great, walking distance to some dinning options, many with live music. The only big complaint is the common areas (pool, beach gate, garage door and front door) locks were all stuck (maybe sand got into them) but we found this a definite problem and expressed by others visiting and who lived there. They need to upgrade them with locks which work in sandy/salt waster conditions! Once settled the condo was so nice it definitely felt homelike way more than a mere motel/hotel room. It was good to park underground and have the elevator take you directly to your floor. We'd recommend this condo and will likely plan to visit again.

One of our favorites places!

This is our fourth time in six years staying at this complex. We love the complex, but especially love this condo! The owners are easy to communicate with and the condo is perfect for our family of 4! We will for sure be returning and hopefully booking this condo again if it’s available in future years!!

It is quite frankly the best beach on the central Florida Coast! Close to Orlando, Cruise Ships. We were drawn back to Cocoa Beach and specifically the Boardwalk Condo Complex during our search for beach property. Incredible views from the 5th floor balcony sealed the deal. We fell in love with the place and surrounding area. We are never bored with so many things to do. The ocean of course, golf just down the street at the CC Country Club, great restaurants, boating, fishing...it's all there.
