Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Ocean Club villa offers comfort, style, and the perfect beachside location. Just a one-minute walk from the sand, the villa features an open-concept main living level where the kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. The dining space accommodates six at the table, with an additional four seats at the breakfast bar, while the living area offers ample seating and a large flat-panel TV. Step out onto your private patio to enjoy the fresh ocean air and serene surroundings.

Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for privacy and convenience. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a full bed, sharing access to the hall bathroom. Every detail is designed for comfort, including an in-unit washer and dryer, making longer stays easy and enjoyable.

Guests of 3 Ocean Club also enjoy access to four complimentary backpack-style beach chairs, and the community pool (heated October–Thanksgiving and March–April, dates subject to change). With the beach just steps away and all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway, this villa is an ideal setting for your next Hilton Head Island vacation.

Wonderful location. We didn’t have our parking passes, but the company was very responsive and got them to us quickly. I would stay here again.

Not fantastic, but nice. Very good location.

The condo was great. Not over-the-top luxury, but we weren't expecting that—very much as advertised. Enjoyed being so close to the beach. Ended up only driving once the entire week, otherwise we just walked to Coligny Circle. Plenty of shops and restaurants. We had several outstanding dinners during our stay.

Cute/Efficient Condo

Loved the location and setup. Perfect for all ages. Only thing I would change is have at least a half bath downstairs and a way to get in from the sliding glass door on the pool side. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location!

You simply can’t beat this location - pool right off the patio and the beach a few steps away. House was clean and well laid out for a family. There wasn’t any information regarding rules of the community which would have been helpful as we were notified after the fact that you couldn’t leave your towel on your chair on the deck etc. The check in process was simple, the pool was heated as described, and like I said, the location was the best! Would definitely stay here again.

Easy and relaxing

We enjoyed the patio in the morning and evening and the pool (right outside our door) is partly shaded which was wonderful for middle of the day heat. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, where we spent hours enjoying the ocean. The host gave access to a wagon with beach chairs and other water toys. Not far from Coligny Plaza, riding a bike or walking to shops or restaurants was convenient. The host has made this rental comfortable and the details for our stay were perfect.

Family Vacation

The villa was exactly what we expected, however I will say the rental company does not answer the phone. I called for days prior to our stay with questions, no answer. Aside from that, the actual villa was perfect. Great spot for families with young children, as the pool and beach are so close!

First timer in Hilton Head

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, very close to the beach and also to the shops in town for dining, grabbing groceries, ice cream and shopping. The layout of the condo could have been better. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were upstairs. The property was clean but needs some maintenance. Slider to the porch needs to be replaced, master bath sink drains slow, and knob on the tub falls off.

Hello - we very much love the location and the property. Couple of thoughts - Unit 3 probably could use a refurbish, as it appears to be showing its age. We had trouble getting the sliding door open and closed. However it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. As far as the property, would prefer if the landscape guys didn't start running equipment so early (several mornings at 7AM). Maybe start just a little later since folks are on vacation? Looking forward to our next stay!

Thanks for the review, Bill! I'll pass on your notes about the unit. As far as the landscaping, most crews do start at 7am around here so they can get a bulk of their work done in the cooler temps. We hope that doesn't deter you from staying with us again!

No notice of no pool use

Unit was great - needs a new coffee maker, it takes 30 min to brew. Dryer squeaks like crazy BUT - great unit. We booked an were never notified that the pool was closed. I reached out to the Island Rentals 3 times live, 1 vm - asking for insight. Nothing - no response and no offer of discount due to false advertising!

Could Improve

Master Bedroom has no A/C, had it looked at while we stayed and it still didn’t work. The people that cleaned before we arrived, reversed the drawer in the freezer, by the time we noticed the door wasn’t shutting all our stuff was ruined. Cleanliness was an issue when we arrived, Management did correct the issues promptly just frustrating that we had to spend 2 of our 4 days calling management to deal with it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family booked this little gem for a long weekend at the beach before school started. We had 2 adults and 3 teenagers. I loved the location being walking distance from Coligny. And when they say steps from the beach - they meant it! I literally walked out the back door, across a small parking lot and there was the path to the beach. We were thankful for the beach and pool items that the owners left on the patio for our use. The living area and kitchen were a nice size. I appreciated the sofa bed in the living room. Note that both of the bathrooms are upstairs. The bedrooms upstairs were nicely arranged. I will add this property to my list of places I would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location...however the cleaning service did a very poor job. They are doing a disservice to the owners for sure. I don’t believe they ever wiped off the counters... Or even clean the floors. There were no linens for the fold out sofa bed the kitchen sink was filthy. I did have to clean prior to us using the facility... But once we were moved in, we had a fantastic vacation. I have to say that the mattresses in both bedrooms were very comfy that’s important the master bedroom was warm, compared to the rest of the house.
