With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 323 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. Ocean One 323 sleeps up to 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in bedroom 2, and a living room sleep sofa. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Kitchen has been remodeled in & the master bath has also been completely renovated with a walk in shower. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.

Perfect location, great view.

The location is perfect, you are very close to Coligny Plaza and are on the ocean, with a great view. The condo was cleaner than others we have stayed in. We knew about the balcony construction which fortunately ours wasn't worked on during our stay. The main issue we had was that the pool was closed and we had no correspondence about that. The kids were really looking forward to having the pool to swim in. Would have just been nice to know prior to arrival.

The unit needs updating badly. One .sofa is too dirty to sit on. Fabric is so worn out on foot stools that it is torn and falling off . The beds in guest bedroom are unstable and squeak loudly with any body movement. Several lamps do not work. The dishes are a mixture of unmatched very old plates, cups and bowls . The toilet in the guest bathroom runs constantly .

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Ocean One, and we have for 20 plus years. This particular condo just needs some updating, comfortable beds(could not sleep the entire week)and isn't that what vacation is for? Ocean One is our favorite spot, perfect location, but would not stay in this condo again unless it was updated. We have always used Seashore Vacation to book our condos, and they are always amazing. Will continue to use them to book.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean One is a great property for location. It has a pool, fire pits, outdoor grills, and walkway to ocean. Also within walking distance to Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park. Staying on the the third floor is great for views of ocean however Unit 323 was a big disappointment. It was very dirty, the refrigerator and or washing machine leaked water all over floor, the second bedroom bathroom was a mess especially the toilet not working correctly and water leaking from the sink faucet. Beds are extremely small and uncomfortable. The furniture is very worn and the TV very small. I would never stay here again. Do yourself a favor and look for another unit. The cleaning company did come back and clean again - it would be helpful if they would leave cleaning supplies.The management company was very helpful to us.Our complaints are only with Unit 323 not the property of Ocean One

The beds were comfortable, but the living room furniture was visibly worn and had holes. Need to upgrade. The complex had just installed new doors. End units do not have side lights and can not look out to see who is at the door. They did not put peep holes in the new doors or chains. You had to open the door to see who was there. I was not comfortable with this. Need peep holes.

Furniture worn and dated. Furniture mismatched. Master mattress was hard. Twin bed mattresses just the opposite-really soft. If you are looking for a gorgeous view and an updated condo, this isnā€™t it. Positive note - kitchen had most things we needed for our stay.

While the unit could use a little updating, it was still very comfortable, convenient, and came with a great view of the beach.My only complaint was the construction that began a couple of weeks before our arrival. It made it difficult to relax by the pool but, hey, still a great trip! Probably my favorite part was the three gas fire pits near the pool. PERFECT way to relax on an early spring night! We will be back.

Perfect getaway

When we plan our fall vacation we always check Ocean One first. It is clean& convenient. Close to shopping & good restaurants. Pool & beach easily accessible.

Mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, and we tried sleeping both on telling and the twin mattresses. King is like sleeping on concrete. Twins the opposite and way too soft. Also couldnā€™t get the dishwasher to start. Fix these things and you have a good place to stay.

Beautiful View and Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was awesome with a nice pool and short walk to the beautiful beach. The location of the condo was perfect because we didnā€™t have a car but we were only 1 1/2 blocks from Coligny Plaza that had a grocery store and many shops and restaurants/bars with entertainment. The condo was pretty true to what the description and pictures showed, but it would have been nice to know that there is a Kuerig and there was a bonus of beach chairs, but would have been nice to have beach towels furnished.

So much noise!

Constant construction and major ground renovation made it absolutely impossible to escape loud and constant noise. There is a big difference between repair/maintenance and construction. This was construction and lots of it. The unit itself was just ok with very few amenities, cheap and mismatched decor topped by a horrific mattress in the master. Openly present mold, mildew and dirt. It is evident the owners are trying to retain every penny possible instead of reinvesting in the property where people might enjoy their stay. This is our fourth visit to Ocean One and we love the area. We will be back but definitely not to this unit. What a waste of money and a thorough I let down for a vacation.
