Relatively new to the rental market, this luxurious private home is located on the tropical island of Casey Key in Nokomis, FL, just South of Sarasota and Siesta Key, on the Gulf Coast.

Like privacy? There are no neighbors on either side of the house. You will enjoy unobstructed views of glistening water & sunrises & moonlight on Blackburn Bay.

Like the beach? You're looking at a 1 minute walk from the front door to, “toes in the sand.” The beach is serene and extremely private. No need to reserve your spot. You could walk for hours collecting shells and sharks’ teeth (don’t worry they’re fossilized) and not see another soul. Or simply sit and relax, taking in the panoramic gulf views, the waves and spectacular sunsets.

Like room to spread out? We have no doubt you will fall in love with this 3500+ square foot home and all its offerings. Guests will appreciate that each of the 4 bedrooms has their own attached bath, for added privacy. The 1st & 2nd floor master suites both feature King-sized beds. The Upstairs Master has a Large Private Balcony overlooking the bay, complete with lounge chairs for napping, watching the sunrise, or enjoying an evening drink. Each Master has a desk overlooking the Bay, should you need to work during your stay.

Like to cook? There’s an amazing Gourmet Kitchen with Viking appliances, double ovens (one convection) a microwave drawer, dishwasher and refrigerator. There’s even a huge walk-in-pantry hidden behind a secret door! Everyone will gather around the massive island for prepping, serving and entertaining. We’ve provided everything you need to whip up whatever’s on the menu.

Like to dine outdoors? The spacious lanai is the perfect spot to start your day, to entertain, or to unwind after a day on the beach. Grilling is a treat, with a built-in-grill, sink and beverage refrigerator, as well as outdoor speakers for your music.

Like fishing? You can cast right off the pier and there’s also a boat dock with new boat launch nearby off of Blackburn Point Road. The fish literally jump out of the water which is funny to watch!

Like wildlife? The mangroves provide the perfect setting to watch wildlife, like ibis, herons, dolphins, and manatee.

Like the water? Swim in the endless clear water of the sandy bottomed gulf. Take a dip in the private pool to cool off or hang out in your floaty, watching the boats go by or the action on the lanai!

Like options? You can do as much, or as little as you desire. Swimming, boating, fishing, shelling, snorkeling, paddleboarding, kayaking, sunning, beach wandering, biking, etc. Golf, tennis and restaurants are close by. Downtown Venice is about 15 minutes away for more restaurants and shopping. Sarasota is less than 30 minutes for music, theater, and galleries. Disney and the Orlando attractions are about a 2 hour drive. Just across the bridge to the mainland, you'll find jet-ski, kayak and boat rental facilities, restaurants, including the Casey Key Fish House and Tiki Bar and Pops Sunset Grill.
