Patio overlooking the ocean was incredible! It was so relaxing and cool. Lots of shade throughout the day. Pool and hot tub was nice. The inside was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

As always I Trip. Gives the best service The elevator was bit working for two days. My daughter in law and I just took the stairs. Since my husband who uses a walker was not with us this trip other people were going to call so I didn’t mention it. It was working the day we left to take suitcases down Very nice place. Great location

Nice Condo

The condo was very nice and clean. Even though it was across the street from the beach, it had quick access to the beach and a nice view of the waterway from the pool. It has a grocery store next door and plenty of shops and restaurants within close walking distance. The only downsize is the small kitchen, but would definitely stay here again.

The unit was fine, pool area was nice and ease of shopping and beach were very good. Getting in was a little confusing but figured it out. Would have been nice to have someone on sight to answer questions. Overall a good experience.

Condo was just as explained onsite. Meet all expectations. I would recommend fixing the window tint in the master bedroom. It is peeled back and you can see in the bedroom. I didn’t realize this until day two when we walked past and could see my teenage daughters thru the window. Other than that the unit was perfect.

Awesome vacation

Had a relaxing month at TI. Unit was exactly as pictured. Location was close to beach, many restaurants within walking distance and convenient grocery store right next door. Enjoyed porch furniture on balcony every evening. My wish list would include different shower head in hall bathroom as it was very weak, frying pans with lids that fit and a larger cookie sheet, otherwise the kitchen was well equipped. Felt safe knowing a code was required to enter building. Loved it so much we booked again at the Palms for next year,

Not cleaned well at all. Mold and mildew all over window seals and ceilings. Lights burnt out. Broke

No very clean. Mild and mildew on windows and ceilings. Not an easy check in. Broken lights. Broken tub faucet. No locks on bathroom door. Air conditioning went out 3 different times. It was just one thing after another.

Great location but lacks basic needs

Feeling frustrated with our stay. The location is great, but we’ve had something go wrong everyday. Bad smell as we entered, broken door handle, chairs are quite wobbly, dryer cannot be run w/o setting the fire alarm off(had to move a fan in front of the dryer), stains on carpet and sofa are very unappealing, gross wall around the shower, no “view of the Gulf of Mexico” and definitely not a “premium” queen sofa and an oven that’s barely functioning. I’m not one to complain, but for what we paid I expect a little more. I’ve stayed in rentals before w/ much better accommodations for half the price.

Poorly cleaned

I would not recommend this property to others. There were many areas of the condo which were clearly not cleaned: floors throughout, bathroom/toilet, dirty dishes, rustly pan, spot from a spill next to the fridge. It also had an odd smell. The property management company, iTrip Vacations, in Madeira responded to my text, but only offered to clean it of course once we had already moved our stuff in. This would have been an inconvenience. It should have been completely clean before moving in. At the very least, we should get our 'cleaning fee' refunded. ---Mike Lindenmuth (I will also post to Google re: iTripVacations property management.

We are sincerely sorry for any cleaning issues. As the guest mentioned, we did attempt to return to address anything necessary. To be sure there are no future issues, the entire condo has been throughly deep cleaned, and we have put in some additional checks for our inspection process. We hope the rest of the stay went well. Host was great with great response time. The location of the condo was excellent. You could walk to numerous restaurants and grocery store was next door. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen was super small. The condo was mainly clean but the floors could have been cleaner. The pool area was nice. I wish they had tables with some sort of shade put the condo did have some umbrellas that we used. Overall I would stay again.

Despite the cold weather we had a wonderful time in St Pete. Location was great. Close to the beach, Publix, and St John’s Pass. The Condo had everything we needed.

Fantastic Getaway

You will not be disappointed. This place was perfect for our family. Our friends also stayed in a condo on the floor above us. The beach was just across the street. Groceries, restaurants, entertainment and souvenir shops all within walking distance. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a week full of memories!

Perfect location

The condo was updated and clean. It’s directly next door to Publix grocery store and across the street from the public beach entrance. Lots of shops and restaurants within a few walking minutes. Beds are very firm. We were extremely disappointed to arrive and discover the balcony was unusable due to construction. Yes, management emailed me about the dilemma 2 days before arrival but since I’d already received the check in email I didn’t see the new email. I wish they would’ve called me instead since it was only 2 days before arrival. We would’ve booked elsewhere since sitting on a warm balcony by the ocean is a top vacation requirement for me. We didn’t rent a car so this location was perfect. The hot tub was pretty gross and needed to be cleaned out.
