Coronado Shores consists of 10 towers, each with 15 floors oceanfront complex located on Coronado Island, minutes west of San Diego. It is gated and each unit has a 24-hour doorman. The complex has 4 pools, 8 courts, gym, indoor and outdoor jacuzzies, fitness center, game/card center. The patios around the pool have gas bbq.

Coronado Shores is a short drive from the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and 20 minutes from Mexico.

The fourth floor unit was completely remodeled in June 2016. It is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath southwest corner unit with 180 degree view of the ocean, including 6 miles of beach to the South. The unit comes completely furnished with linens, wireless internet, and five smart cable TVs.

The master bedroom has a king bed with TV. The guest bedroom has two twin Murphy beds, easily converted into a working office. The living room sofa turns into a queen size bed.

The unit has a washer/dryer.

The bedrooms and the living room all have large Samsung smart tv's. There is wireless internet for all your electronic and streaming needs. Dish network is provided as well.

The kitchen is equipped with Wolf induction stove, oven and microwave and KitchenAid dishwasher and refrigerator appliances. There is bar seating at the island as well as a table for 6. New marble countertops have been installed in kitchen and bathrooms.

Tile floors in entry, living room and kitchen eliminate any worry about tracking sand and saltwater into the unit. Bedrooms are carpeted. Air conditioning system is new and, with the ceiling fans in the bedrooms, you will keep cool, but most nights in the summer, need only open windows to let in the ocean breeze!

A privileged storage area in the underground garage houses the supplied beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and sand toys plus your suitcases, etc. The condo comes with one underground parking space.
