Welcome to Surf, Sand, and Smiles—your perfect beach getaway at the Resort at Gulf Shores Plantation!

This ground-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, non-smoking end unit comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. It features a queen bed, two full-size beds, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. As a corner unit with neighbors on only one side, it offers extra privacy and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.

The master bedroom is designed for comfort, featuring a memory foam mattress topper, a private bathroom, and a flat-screen smart TV. The bright and cheerful guest suite includes two cozy full-size beds and its own flat-screen TV—perfect for family or friends.

The living room is warm and inviting, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a chair-and-a-half, and a barrel chair. Enjoy movie nights on the flat-screen smart TV with cable and free WiFi, or unwind with the provided books, board games, movies, and Wii for evening entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home, including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, and even a spice rack—ideal for preparing meals during your stay.

Unit 3127 is conveniently located near the indoor pool, fitness room, tennis courts, and the large beachfront pool. Just steps away, you can sink your toes into the sugar-white sand and admire the emerald-green waters of the Gulf. You’ll also find tennis rackets, sand toys, and other sporting equipment in the storage closet for your enjoyment.

Gulf Shores Plantation is a gated, family-friendly resort in Fort Morgan with something for guests of all ages. Located alongside the renowned Kiva Dunes golf course, the resort offers lighted tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, six outdoor pools (one heated), an indoor pool, a sauna, hot tubs, and outdoor grills—everything you need for a fun and memorable beach vacation.

This place is amazing!!!

This place was perfect in so many ways. Close to the beach and they have so many things for the beach. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. There was 8 of us: 4 adults 1 teen and 3 kids and we were all comfortable with room. Can’t wait to visit again!

We loved our stay here! The condo had plenty enough space for three adults and four children and without being too cramped. The beds were comfortable (including the queen size pull out couch bed which was a very nice surprise) and the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d have at home. Communication with the host was fantastic! I had so many questions and they always responded quickly and graciously. There were even board games and coloring books/crayons for the kids to enjoy during our down time. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes depending on how much you have to carry, and the water is much closer to the end of the boardwalk than it is at the public beach access areas. It is also much less crowded on the beach than it is closer to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. It is a little bit of a drive (about 25 minutes depending on traffic) to get to the restaurants and souvenir shops in town, but it is well worth the drive if you’re like us and go to mostly be on the beach. 10/10 would recommend this place and this host! We are already looking to book it again for our family vacation next year.

Fort Morgan vaca

We enjoyed our stay here. This condo was perfect for our family of 5 with three being teenagers. The grill is right next to it. One of the pools is very close. We will definitely stay at this one again.

Wonderful!

We found this gem for a last minute spring break getaway for 2 adults and 4 kids/teens. We were so happy!! The owners are fantastic and very responsive. The location was perfect for us -- away from the busy tourist areas. Before we arrived, we stopped about half an hour away and stocked up on groceries. We cooked all of our meals - nice eating space, ample cups/dishes, spices/pantry basics were a pleasant surprise, nonstick pans could use replacement, coffee maker combo worked with grounds/filter for a whole pot or Kcups for single servings. The complex felt very safe. It was very convenient to be on the 1st floor -- the little balcony was perfect for sitting for morning coffee and drying towels & swimsuits on the railing and hooks. We enjoyed tennis & shuffleboard (free eqpt check out with ID at guard bldg) and ALL of the pools and hot tubs. Pickle ball courts available (BYO gear.) It was incredible being right on the beach!! Gorgeous sand and water -- big waves several days so kids had a blast with the boogie boards from the closet with fun beach toys, chairs, balls, etc. Highly recommend taking a sunrise walk! And we drove out closer to the west end of the island for sunset one night! Dollar General nearby with groceries, misc, and Fort Morgan t-shirts. We would love to return to this wonderful vacation home!!

Great Area with well stocked condo

We love the area, quiet towards Fort Morgan but short distance to everything. This condo is stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation. Good location on bottom floor with short walk to BBQ grill we enjoyed.

Great condo

We came for a week with family.my mom and dad have a hard time going up stairs so we chose this unit because of it being on the bottom floor it was a great location easy to get to the pool and beach with very little stairs and walking. Check in was very easy and love not having to worry about keys to the unit just a code to get in. This unit has everything you need. Games for the kids fully stocked kitchen and beach stuff you don’t need to bring anything. The owner was super easy to get ahold of and made sure that if anything wasn’t working they got it fixed right away. Would definitely stay here again

We loved the property! There was easy access to the beach and the pool was even closer. The condo was great, we had plenty of room for all 6 of us. They also had beach toys and had a gaming system setup so when it rained the kids had things to do.

Nice place

The condo was very nice & clean, a little crowded for 8 people but short walk to the beach, 1st floor corner unit, beach chairs and good selection of TV/streaming options, Wi-Fi was great; overall we were happy and the owners were super nice & communicated with us throughout the week.

Perfect Family Vacation

Communication with the owner from the beginning was great and the check in process was easy. The condo was super nice, clean and comfy. It was well stocked in the kitchen and we had plenty of room for 4 adults and a baby. The grills at the condo are only a few steps away. The pools are super nice and it is very easy to get to the beach. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay. Thanks for allowing my family to enjoy your home.

Weekend Getaway

Communication with property manager was excellent. The room was clean and had plenty of room for my family (there were 8 of us). The beach was clean and not overpopulated and our room was just a short walk from the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to take a beach vacation.

Our family has visited Gulf Shores Plantation for over 20years. We love the family friendly atmosphere and all the amenities Gulf Shores Plantation has to offer. After being renters for 15 years we wanted to share our love for the beach and the great memories it can have with others, so we purchased this condo (in 2016) to do just that. As educators we know how important family time and a worry free vacation can be. We wanted to help provide that to other families like us. We hope you enjoy Gulf Shores Plantation just as much as we do.

Gulf Shores Plantation in Fort Morgan offers a family friendly complex with feet of uncrowded white sand beach just right to relax and play. This peaceful resort is out of the way of the hustle and bustle, yet it is close enough to enjoy mini golf, water slides, shopping and great restaurants. It is the best of both worlds. It allows you to make the decision to have a non-stop action packed vacation or a peaceful and restful one.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Being a ground floor corner unit, makes loading and unloading all your beach gear easier. Especially with no elevator to wait for! You will also have less noise because you only have other guests on one side. The little extra sunshine in the master bedroom is also a plus, because of the extra window of the corner unit.
