Pro: Home was very nice as described. Masterbed was comfortable and nice pillows. Nice size master shower. Kitchen was fine for the two night stay. Nice ceiling fan in the living room. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Location is great and close to many activities to enjoy while in Destin. We really appreciated that it is pet-friendly and had a nice amount of grass for our girl. Con: Questroom bed was not comfortable and room was very stuffy. Of the three bedrooms, only the Master bedroom had a ceiling fan. Outdoor patio furniture is lacking comfort and most of the cushions seams were split. Parking is at a premium. While there are two spaces available, other renters are not necessarily respectful of parking. The photograph of the water is lovely but does not show the tremendous about on gunk and trash low-life people have thrown into the waterway. That was very disappointing to see from a place as nice, and expensive as Sandestin.

Kids loved the golf cart, very relaxing back deck with tons of wildlife in the pond (ducks, turtles, geese, hawks, etc), great fishing, short drive to the beach. We will definitely be back

Great family vacation spot!

We have a wonderful time with our family. The house was very clean and in a great spot with lots to do just a golf cart ride away. The kids enjoyed feeding the turtles off the deck!

Relaxing Mini-Vacation

Our family had a wonderful mini-vacation over Veteran's Day weekend. The weather was nice and we spent every evening on the deck enjoying the sunset. Everything was clean and well organized. Easy check-in and check-out.

We had a nice stay. Everything was great except for the golf cart, which needed work that didn’t get completed while we were there.

Really e joyed our vacation

We really enjoyed staying at your property. It was in the corner of the circle way and parking was not good but we managed. The rental was very well set up and it had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

Labor Day weekend trip

The property was perfect- lots of space for our 4 kids and dog. The turtles on the lake provided the kids a lot of entertainment! We enjoyed having a golf cart to drive to brunch at the cafe- great service and food! The location was perfect to visit friends at near by military bases and explore multiple beautiful beaches. My kids have already asked if we can book this home again when we come back to visit.

Great views and Cozy feels

This rental property was the perfect location. it was a very cozy and roomy house. the views you get from the bay windows are amazing. also the patio offers you a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy the lake. the wildlife will keep you entertained. The rooms were very clean and neat and it offered a ton amenities. The golf cart is a great bonus as well. saves you gas while you enjoy the resort.

Wonderful Stay in a Quiet Gated Resort

My wife and I stayed her with our pups, and we loved it!! We will be back!! The location of the house was nice as the back deck is on the water of one of the ponds and looks out on the golf course. There is a golf cart for traveling around the resort property. The house had plenty of room for us. The resort property has multiple restaurants, shops, lakes/ponds and a bayside pier that can be fished from.

Perfect beach get away

This location was perfect for our family of 5! We had plenty of room to spread out and also plenty of room to be together. All of our kids enjoyed the turtles in the pond! The property had everything we needed to have a great trip. If there is a negative to be said, it would be that the golf cart was significantly slower than all others on the road which frustrated the drivers behind us and intern made us feel unsafe and they would follow closely.

Four Generations under One Roof

We loved the rental home especially the deck overlooking the course. We feed the turtles, we drove the cart the boardwalk and had easy access to the beach. This allow the oldest member of our family the to meet the youngest member of our family. We made wonderful memories in a comfortable living space. Enjoy the deck and the grill. Kitchen was nicely equipped! Thanks!

Great experience

I can’t speak highly enough about this rental. The neighbor gave us an issue a couple of times over Parking and just seemed to be an unhappy person in general but not the owners fault! Great Condo, very comfortable! Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and elsewhere. We will return!

Home away from home

My family really enjoyed the property. It felt like we were at home. Plenty of space, beds and furniture were very comfortable. We loved the deck on the water. The only thing I would improve on is the golf cart. It was nice to have, but was quite slow. We were getting passed by other golf carts 😂. That’s pretty trivial considering everything else was fantastic!

No info on beach parking, not close to pools..if so no directions, grandson loved for us to use golf cart..great TV for rainy days, loved deck over water for fishing and turtles!!

Fabulous and Wonderful

The only bad thing to say is that the Golf cart needed to be tuned up. Was a bit unsafe to ride. But otherwise the house was perfect for us…
