As you step inside this beautifully maintained, pet-friendly retreat, you’re greeted by a spacious open-concept layout with calming coastal tones. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite, stainless appliances, and ample prep space—ideal for whipping up breakfast or a full dinner. Barstools at the island add extra seating to the dining area, which features a charming table framed by floor-to-ceiling windows.

Flow seamlessly into the living room, where plush seating, a large smart TV, and private patio access invite you to kick back and relax. The screened-in patio is your own oasis—perfect for sipping coffee, enjoying meals al fresco, or unwinding after a day at the beach.

This home accommodates up to six guests with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed, patio access, and a private bath featuring a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and its own flat-screen TV—perfect for children or additional guests. There is also a full size rollaway bed for the living area.

What truly sets this home apart is the included 6-seat golf cart, giving you the freedom to explore the Resort—from the sugar-white beaches and Baytowne Wharf to the championship golf courses, tennis courts, pools, shopping, and dining at Grand Boulevard.
