Dear Laura we appreciate your feedback and would like to apologise if you felt that the apartment did not meet your requirement. As for the apartment being dirty, I am not sure, I have brought it to our housekeeping attention. However, they assure me that the apartment was thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. Having said that it maybe possible that something may have been missed. As for cupboard being full of old linen and junk may be it is an exaggeration, as the cupboards hold blankets, some pillows, mattress for the queen bed etc. There maybe some items that are temporarily stored but none of which interfere with our guests hanging their clothes during their stay. As for the washing machine, well we did attend to your concerns immediately and I was informed that you eventually did manage to get it going. Guests before you and subsequently after you have had no issues with the washing machine. As for the price you paid, it is the lowest price in the complex, and contrary to your assessment our guests have only praised the apartment and its value for money. Having said that, we understand that each guest has their own personal standards that they are use to and unfortunately our apartment was not to your particular standard. Hi Kylie and thank you for your review. I have raised the mould issue with housekeeping and apologise if this was not cleaned. We rely on a team on the island that regularly cleans the apartment after each guest. On this occassion it must have been missed. As for the towels, it was an unfortunate event that you did not get the towel on arrival. All linen and towels are collected and washed off shore and returned each week. I believe that the towels were provided the next day. As for the second bedroom, again it was not specifically indicated to us that the two guests were not going to be in the main bedroom. With only two guests we dont make up the second bedroom unless it is clearly stated that there are two individuals not partners. The washing machine appears to be working when tested so unless it is unbalanced with the clothes it works fine. Often the drainage hose gets squashed and prevents the cycle to be completed but in general it seems to work. Finally, overall and apart from the minor concerns we trust that you had a relaxing time and enjoyed your stay.
