This beautiful five bedroom, three bath home is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city in New River. The hot tub in a stunning desert setting provides an exceptional place from which to experience Arizona's unrivaled sunsets. The stars are almost close enough to touch as the location feels far from city lights as the Gavilan peak mountain blocks of the rest of the world. The resort includes a fire pit and a childrenā€™s play area.
Conveniently located approximately 40 minutes north of Phoenix's Sky Harbor International airport at exit #232 on Highway 17. New River is an easy drive to Carefree, Cavecreek, Scottsdale and Sedona, or a day trip to the Grand Canyon. Wakeboarding and water skiing are possible within 20 minutes at Lake Pleasant and downhill skiing and snowboarding are only 2 hours away in Flagstaff. There is great shopping at the Outlet Mall at Anthem (about a 10 minute drive). The popular Roadrunner restaurant and saloon are within minutes of the resort and just 10 minutes away and there is a Walmart Supercenter that is open 24 hours. In Anthem, just a few minutes away, children will love the numerous parks and play areas, including the train, skate board park and many restaurant You can golf at more than 25 golf courses that are within 40 minutes of this resort. There is also an option to have an archery lesson here on the property.

The home is completely furnished, The master bedroom has a king sized bed. The bedroom just off the master has a queen sized bed. On the other side of the house there are two bedrooms that each have 2 queen sized beds each and then one more bedroom with a king sized bed. There is a piano in the living room for your enjoyment.
Direct TV network is included as well as WiFi. Fun, relaxing, enjoyable. Come spend some time at the Wranglers Roost Ranch.

Magical place in the desert

We held our daughter and son-in-law's wedding here at The Ranch at Wrangler's Roost Stagecoach Stop where the setting integrated centuries old history with ALL of the modern conveniences to make our celebration a dream come true. We were able to lease the entire compound for Wedding Weekend and it was just magical. I can't wait to go back for a family vacation, girl's weekend retreat, or just about any other reason to spend time in this special place.

Beautiful House and Accommodating Hosts

Heidi and Reid were overly accommodating to make sure we had all we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our family vacation to the area. The ranch was perfect! Kids enjoyed the yard. Horses in the backyard was a huge bonus as my girls all enjoyed feeding and petting these friendly horses. The boys loved exploring the grounds and the dry creek bed like boys do. Great location to get out and explore nearby attractions with hiking and outdoors adventures being the main draw. Hope to return!

Large fun property perfect for our group

This property is very large with five bedrooms that was a perfect fit for our group. Very well appointed, clean, and fun. Part of a historic property with horses and whatnot. Only 10 minutes to the place we needed to be on our weekend, so the location was great for us. All that said, hands down, the best part about the property is the manager. She has gone above and beyond to help us in so many ways, and is very personable in response. We would all stay there again, and can't thank the host enough for helping us with so many things!

Wranglers Roost Ranch House - May 2019

Great facilities for a large group. Second time staying here. Having seven beds is a huge benefit, and the large common area is great for everyone to gather and socialize in. Facilities were clean and comfortable, with a large outdoor area c/w a decent sized barbeque that could handle a meal for 8 in one go. Would definitely stay here again.

We chose Wranglers Roost to hold our wedding week/weekend. We stayed at both the Ranch and the Resort. We could decide if we're were going to have our ceremony at one house and reception at another because they were both so amazing! We eventually chose to have both ceremony and reception at the Ranch. Everything was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better place for our wedding. Heidi and Reid were so helpful and accommodating. This place is the absolute best!!! Beautiful in every way!

We had our wedding here at the resort and it was amazing. Heidi was very accommodating and helped to make sure all of our vendors were able to set up and take down things with ease. You will not find a better venue where you and your guest's can stay all weekend. I can't thank them enough for helping to make our wedding a truly wonderful weekend

Magical Desert Stay

We used this house, along with the other two on the property, to host our wedding weekend. Each house has its own feel, and every guest loved the desert feel and charm of the place. Of the three this is my absolute favorite, although all of them are fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, and the kitchens had plenty of room to cook for everyone. The living space is open concept and a great gathering place for people to hang out. We planned to hold the wedding festivities at the Resort house, but when it looked like rain the day before, we moved the party down to the Ranch house where there is a covered patio. We are so glad we did - even though the rain cleared up before the wedding started! All the little details like string lights, big fire pit with fire wood, dance floor, brick porch, cactus gardens, etc added to the look and it was absolutely magical. Everyone who stayed called the weekend magical. We had a few questions along the way, and Heidi was quick to respond and make sure everything was ok. My cousin told me she came down to check during the reception but didn't want to intrude so sent him over to check with us. So kind :) I truly can't wait to find another event to host and rent this house again! Thanks!!

Amaizing AZ Historic Getaway

This was the perfect place/fit for our wedding! It was nice to have our out of town guest stay with us when they came in! The beds were super comfortable and all guest said the same about their beds too. The kids loved the ā€œmovie roomā€ it was their dream PlayStation screen. So much area to explore and relax made it feel spacious. Owners super accommodating and It shows they want your stay to go well!

My family had a wonderful stay at Wrangler's Roost. The home is beautiful with all the modern conveniences. The property is gated and has a safe feel. We could see the horses from our back window. Family Wedding at Wrangler's Roost

We chose Wrangler's Roost for my Daughter's Wedding. It was a great decision. We rented all three houses for a long weekend. It was so much fun and the Rock House the was perfect spot for the festivities. The site has everything you need and is wonderful for both adults and kids. All three houses are beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The Rock House has so much character and endless possibilities. Heidi, the host, was very responsive when we needed anything. I absolutely recommend this venue for a get away, family party, wedding or anything else.

Awesome time renting your home!

We had an amazing time at this home! It is really large and nicely decorated. The kids had plenty of space and loved the toys provided. We swam in the hot tub, cooked meals in the large kitchen that had everything we needed, and watched some shows on the huge TV. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms.
