This immaculate 4 bedroom (3 bathroom) holiday home, located only 100m from the pristine sand of Pearl Beach, is ideal for couples’ getaways, executive retreats, honeymoons and general indulgence.

The stylishly furnished home features stunning lofted ceilings, with the contemporary interiors exuding luxury, comfort and elegance. The open plan living area enhances this feeling of spaciousness by flowing out to the large undercover deck and secluded gardens, effortlessly uniting indoors and outdoors.

Surrounded by serene bushland, this sophisticated beach house is only a leisurely stroll to the ocean and the fabulous new restaurant, ‘Amalfi - Pearl Beach’.

Bedroom 1 featuring a queen bed, the Master Suite, includes a built-in robe, 40" Smart-TV with Netflix, ducted air-con, ceiling fan and ensuite containing a bath, walk-in shower and toilet.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, built-in robe, ducted air-con and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, built-in robe, ducted air-con and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 2 & 3 share an ensuite which is accessible from both bedrooms.

Bedroom 4 is a sun-drenched, private sanctuary located upstairs (loft style) with 2 king single beds, 40" Smart-TV with Netflix, and air-con.

Wonderful property

A fabulous house, perfect for a family getaway. Beautifully set up and well appointed kitchen and spaces. Easy walk to beach. Owner was simply wonderful to communicate with, very responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend!

New Years Bliss

We stayed during new years and were presently surprised with the property and newly constructed back deck. This property is in a great position with an abundance of light, greenery and wildlife. Would 100% go back again.

Beautiful house in great location

I had a birthday get away with my family and friends and the house was the perfect location to relax and enjoy each others company. The house was very clean and spacious and the fire kept us all warm despite the horrible weather. The host was in constant contact to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recomment!

Lovely family holiday home

Spacious home with great outdoor family area close to cafe and beach. Two adults slept upstairs and it was difficult for them to have to walk through bedrooms to have a shower. This house would be perfect for adults who Share a bed and then children sleeping upstairs. The fire was a big hit for us to sit around at night. Overall, this is a lovely family getaway home.

Pristine property in prime location

The house was perfect for our group of 3 couples and 2 children (aged 4 & 2). Aileen was a very attentive host and the house was very clean with all the comforts and provisions of a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed lazy afternoons on the new back deck which was sheltered and had a beautiful bushy outlook and sunny backyard. The lounge areas were well placed and very comfortable furniture. Location cannot he beat! Thanks Aileen for a wonderful stay.

What a beautiful property

This property was spotless, spacious and beautifully presented. Everything from the wine glasses to the beautiful outdoor area were all excellent quality. The property had a wonderful bright, welcoming and sunny feel to it. It was perfect for our combination of work and pleasure. I loved how close the property was to the beach, excellent for an early morning walk. Aileen was a pleasure to deal with and all instructions for the property were clear and well communicated, I am looking forward to my next stay. Many thanks. Pauline

Great long weekend gateway with the family (little kids and big kids)

We found the house in great condition, clean, stacked with any imaginable kitchen appliances and cooking utensils, spices, condiments, etc. It made it very easy to cook and enjoy family meals. Great layout to fit 6 adults and 2 kids, great showers, etc. Only few mins walk for the beach - we loved it, the beach isn't huge but not very crowded either. Great outdoor area with bbq, dining table and a grass area for kids to run around. Aileen is super responsive, replies to your messages right away, very accommodating and genuinely wants you to have a great time. All in all, we had an amazing time, a great family experience we will remember and a great introduction to Pearl Beach. We will return!

Incredibly relaxing Easter break

We stayed for the Easter break and had an absolutely wonderful time. The kitchen had every utensil you could think of, as well as lots of things that could have been forgotten in the rush to get on holidays e.g. olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee pods for the machine, even peanut butter and margarine! And a lovely bottle of bubbles was left by Aileen for us to enjoy on arrival. The group included our family of four (with 2 teens), 2 extra teenage friends and my older mother. Enough separate space for us to get away from each other if we wanted to or have some quality time together. The location was fantastic - the beach was a stone's throw away, as was the coffee shop and although there were lots of people in Pearl Beach that long weekend, it was blissfully quiet. We all slept very well! We were very sorry that we had to leave and are looking forward to coming back.

Perfect place for a peaceful getaway.

We had a family weekend here and everything was absolutely perfect. The house is well-located, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The level backyard provided a great playground for our toddler grandson. Aileen is an attentive, considerate host who provides lots of little personal touches that were much appreciated. We particularly enjoyed the sunny outdoor space in the day and evenings playing board games by the fire. We will be back!

Amazing house in a great location.

Had a weekend stay at Pearl Beach recently, the house is a great set up and perfect for couples or families. In a great location, walking distance to the beach and cafes. Aileen is a great host, would definitely stay again.

Great Home in Fabulous Pearl Beach

Great property in the middle of Pearl Beach. The house has been thoughtfully refurbished and has a good layout. Place was spotlessly clean. Kitchen was practical and the staple items available for use are very thoughful. Aileen was a great communicator and booking arrangements were made efficiently and graciously.

Great location

Beautiful home close to the beach. The house felt Like home and was perfect for both our young and older children. Level yard and 2 minute walk to Pearl Beach. Highly recommend!

A gem of a place!

A well kept and presented property with all the gadgets you need to whip up a gourmet meal. With an adult family of 8, the layout enabled everyone to have their own space while also having terrific communal space to come together for games & meals. Loved the outdoor eating area in the leafy garden, very private. 2 minute level walk to the beach and store/cafe. Apart from 5 stairs to reach the entry level the property & bathroom is disabled friendly for those with impaired mobility9walking frame, sticks). The host, Aileen went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable. It was so welcoming to turn up for a Christmas week stay with Christmas tree, lights & decorations all in place- a lovely homely touch & much appreciated. Highly recommend & can't wait to return!

Beautiful home! Lovely winter stay

Aileen's home was very clean and well prepared for guests with full amenities. Excellent location, short drive to Pearl Beach and walkable distance to hiking trails. Fireplace was lovely and wood was provided. Bbq was ready to use. Aileen was very quick to respond and was a very kind host. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend! The house was perfectly located a short walk from the beach. It was very clean and had everything you could need. The owner was very contactable and easy to understand. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a break away.

Great location

We easily accommodated our 3 children and grandparents in this neat and comfortable property. The owner communicated clearly and promptly with us. Close to the general store/cafe and beach access. Also close to the Patonga to Pearl Beach walking trail which is a highlight if you’re moderately fit. Good parking in driveway and out front, which is a premium at Pearl Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Pearl Beach Getaway

We hired this house for a 3-day getaway for my birthday and were not disappointed. Aileen the host was very responsive from the start and the house is like the pictures. It has everything you require for a short or long stay from plenty of glasses, plates, outdoor BBQ and great setting - even additional food leftover in the fridge and pantry. It a stone throw from the beach and local cafe and Aileen was kind enough to recommend the nearby restaurant and places to visit. The host also let us check out late at no additional expense. All in all a great stay - would highly recommend for a weekend getaway either 6 adults 2 kids or even 8 adults.
