microwave and ample pantry and counter space. Additionally, guests can enjoy

meals in the formal dining area or on the private balcony surrounded by

Colorado views.



Shared hot tub on-site. Guests of Townsend Place can use the pool and gym at

the Osprey or Pines Hotel.

There is only one parking spot per unit onsite at the residences, any

additional vehicles can be parked in overflow parking at the Elk Lot for a
