21 Vine Maple is a refined Sunriver retreat designed for families and groups who want generous space, thoughtful comfort, and a peaceful setting close to the heart of the resort. Tucked along a quiet street with no through traffic, this beautiful home sits on a spacious quarter-acre lot within walking distance of Fort Rock Park.

Large windows bring the surrounding pines and natural light indoors, giving the open-concept living space an easy sense of calm. The family room offers plenty of comfortable seating for conversation, movie nights, or simply settling in after a day outdoors, while the gas fireplace adds warmth to cooler evenings.

The gourmet kitchen is well stocked for group meals and holiday gatherings alike. The main dining table seats eight, while a four-person breakfast nook and three additional seats at the kitchen bar give everyone room to gather comfortably.

Outside, the large back deck feels like an extension of the home. Begin the morning with coffee beneath the trees, linger over an afternoon drink, or enjoy dinner outdoors before slipping into the spacious private hot tub beneath the stars.

Bedroom One is a king ensuite with cable TV, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom Two is the bunk room, featuring two twin-over-queen bunk beds, making it a comfortable option for children, cousins, or larger family groups. A full guest bathroom with a shower and tub combination also serves this level.

Upstairs
Bedroom Three is a king ensuite with a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and large walk-in closet. Bedroom Four is a queen ensuite with cable TV and a private bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Bedroom Five features two twin beds, offering another flexible sleeping arrangement for family or friends.

When there is still energy to spare, head to the garage for ping pong, foosball, or a round of Pop-A-Shot. Seven adult cruiser-style bikes make it easy to explore Sunriver's miles of paved pathways, while the nearby Fort Rock Park adds another convenient option for outdoor fun.

For families traveling with little ones, a Pack-n-Play, high chair, and baby gate are provided to make settling in a little easier.
