Thanks for choosing Patsy's Gate Janit, it was a pleasure to have your group stay.

Thanks for the great review Tracy. Hope the wedding was a great day for you all. Apologies again for the mix up with the gas bottle Regards Brett

Thanks David, you were great to deal with and loved having you stay. Our first guests back after having the house rented full time for 4 years. Please come again.

Thanks for a wonderful review Samantha. Was a pleasure having you at Patsy's Gate and thanks for leaving the house so clean and tidy.

Thanks for the great review Lisa. Was a pleasure having your group and thank you for respecting our property so well. Was so clean and tidy, didn't even know you had been!

Thanks for the review Jenny and apologies about the tennis court lights. We are trying to get these fixed now but apparently this is quite a difficult process.

Thanks for the feedback Carl. Pleased you enjoyed the house. With regard to the pool, as I said at the time, this was a first for us as there have been no issues with the quality of our pool water in the past and the pool is one of the reasons we have so many return guests. As the owners (not managers) of the property we did everything possible to try and fix the water quality issue and I certainly apologise this didn't happen in time for your photos. Generally we would consider some form of financial compensation however on this occasion due to the council letter we received about a noise complaint during your stay, we decided against this. As every guest who stays with us knows, we are very clear about the importance of respecting our property rules and the Mornington Peninsula Shire Councils short stay code of conduct.
